The house has been decorated with attention to detail and offers on two levels following layout: the ground floor an open dining area, adjacent thereto the living room with TV, DVD player, music system, Wi-Fi and access to the terrace, a kitchen with good facilities with a microwave and dishwasher, pantry, laundry room with washing machine, a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Upstairs are a double room with bathroom and eignem sun terrace, two twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, dressing area and access to an open terrace with an extensive view of the idyllic countryside with olive, citrus and carob trees to the distant sea. Another bedroom with double bed and bathroom can be reached via a separate entrance. In the bedrooms there is air conditioning (the times are programmed). For the cooler months is available upon request for a fee (payable locally) a heating.
The well-tended garden offers the large, impressive swimming pool with wide steps, a separate, shallow area in a round design and a pool shower. After a refreshing swim the adjacent sun terrace with sun loungers invites you to linger. Welcome shade promises the covered terrace with seating, where you can have meals or enjoy a few relaxing hours with a good book. For active guests a table tennis table (please remember rackets and balls) is available. A brick barbecue is the place to end the day with a delicious barbecue in a relaxed atmosphere. The tranquility and easy access to the beaches and many attractions in the immediate surroundings are hallmarks of this property.

The 2 beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Sanau and Cala Mitjana are only about 750 meters away, shops and restaurants in Cala d'Or is around 10 minutes and the Palma de Mallorca airport is approximately 1 hour.
Nestled in a large, rural land, this comfortable country house in the southeast of Mallorca. By privileged location to reach on foot both two of the most charming beach coves of the region, Cala Sanau and Cala Mitjana, as well as by car to the popular seaside town of Cala d'Or in a few minutes. It is not far, are offered with inviting cafes on the Placa Espana and a weekly market in the ceramics and antiques also the pretty town of Porto Colom. Popular for its colorful market days is Santanyi.
