Description
The modern and high-quality furnished apartment (first rental from July 2014) has 2 bedrooms, each with a double box spring bed, one bedroom has a flat screen, a shower/toilet with window, storage room, a spacious living/dining room with kitchenette (dishwasher, oven) , chic couch corner with a large flat screen and direct access to the large terrace (south side). All windows have external shutters and some fly screens. A parking lot is behind the house. The best thing about the apartment is the central but at the same time quiet location, since the access road is a dead end; the Kurpark is directly opposite and both the beach promenade and the main street with its shops, restaurants and cafes are only 200m away. The guest house is around the corner (100m) and the Granitzwald is just as easy to reach on foot (500m).

This makes holidays fun
We were on site for the first time, from the booking, the contact with the landlord, the contact with the caretaker on site and above all THE APARTMENT - GENIAL!!!!
We can really only recommend it. Everything is available, the flat leaves nothing to be desired, the location is top central. The bakery and shops are around the corner, the pier is less than 5 minutes away - simply wonderful.

Second stay in this "dream apartment"
Those who are looking for an exceptional apartment in the best location of Binz will gladly come back to this apartment. Perfectly equipped and located in a quiet area.
It is less than a 5-minute walk to the main street! Barely more to the pier!
Shopping opportunities are excellent!

Tolle FeWo für erholsame Tage an der Ostsee
Die Tage in Binz waren wirklich traumhaft. Buchung und Kommunikation mit der Verlieterin vorab waren sehr reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist super neu, umfangreichst ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Lage mit sehr kurzen Fußweg in die Stadt, morgens zum Bäcker und natürlich zum Strand!
Windgeschütze Terrasse lädt auch zum Sonnenbaden an warmen Februartagen ein.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Endlich mal eine Wohnung mit genügend Platz: Genug Schrankfläche, genug Ablagefläche im Bad, genug Platz für alle mitgebrachten Schuhe (und wir hatten viele dabei) usw., usw.
Dieser Umstand ist natürlich auch der Größe der Wohnung geschuldet, die mit ca. 70 qm weit über dem Durchschnitt liegt.
So macht wohnen im Urlaub Spaß.
Die Küche ist mit Markengeräten erstklassig ausgestattet und es gab kein Haushaltsgerät, was wir vermisst hätten. Alles ist absolut sauber und ordentlich untergebracht; sowie die Wohnung insgesamt sehr sauber war.
Außerdem haben wir uns über die ruhige Lage gefreut und unser 16-jähriger Sohn war am meisten von seinem eigenen kleinen Reich am Ende der Wohnung begeistert. Wir haben gleich für nächsten Sommer wieder gebucht, was nicht zuletzt an den netten Vermietern liegt.

Selten haben wir zuvor in so einer schönen Wohnung Urlaub gemacht.
Es ist alles vorhanden und sehr chick. und unschlagbar ist die Lage: sehr zentral UND sehr ruhig.
Die Buchung und An- und Abreise verliefen ruck zuck. Vermieter und Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr nett.

10,0 von 5 - Gigantisch gut, traumhaft toll und Sonne satt :-))
200 m bis zum Strand, direkt am Park in einer absolut ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen, 150 m bis zur Einkaufsstrasse sowie zum Bäcker, reservierter Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, einzigartiges Umfeld in der berühmten Binzer Bäderarchitektur, extrem sauber, topmodern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der äußere Rahmen war perfekt. Wenn dann noch die Gastgeberin und ihr Team dies noch positiv mit Leben füllen, (sympathisch, zuvorkommend, flexibel,..) sind eigentlich mehr als 5 Punkte angebracht. Und wenn dann noch die Sonne eine Woche scheint und die Ostsee angenehm warm und klar ist, kann man nicht nur, dann muss man von einem Traumurlaub sprechen. Danke für alles - wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Sehr zu empfehlen
wir sind wieder gut erholt zu Hause angekommen.
Wir hatten eine super,tolle und vom Wetter gute Woche in Binz.
Ihre Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen,sehr schön und praktisch und
so zentral.Mit meiner Mutter sind wir überall gut hingekommen.
Einige von Ihren Tips haben wir ausprobiert und das war hervorragend.
Werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen und bestimmt auch selber nochmal
Urlaub in Binz bei Ihnen verbringen.
