Description
The DHH was built in 2010 and is comfortably and cosily furnished. You look directly onto the water.
It has been certified by the DTV with ****. The living space is 85m2 and there are 2 terraces, one of which is covered.
The house has 3 separate bedrooms, each with 1 double bed. In one bedroom the sleeping places are on a sleeping loft.
The fitted kitchen has all the usual kitchen appliances. There is a dining area with fireplace and a living area.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and the sauna area. In the is the 2nd bathroom with bathtub.
The natural beach is 50m away. The water access is very shallow and therefore well suited for children. A facility for launching your boat is also located 50m away, a rowing boat can be rented (50,- € / week). Bicycles for free use also belong to the house. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture and 2 beach chairs. A barbecue is available.

The DHH is equipped with free WLAN. Please note: The WLAN is available.
From 01.01.2022 the municipality will charge visitor's tax (2 €/ night/ pers. from 15 y. and 1,50 €/ dog/ night)

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located directly in the Neuendorf sailing harbour at the end of the Hafenweg. A bistro is located in the harbour (seasonal opening times). A mobile sales van with baked goods can be found at the harbour during the summer months. The next larger town of Ribnitz/Damgarten is 10 minutes away by car. There you will also find numerous shopping facilities. Barth and the access to Fischland/ Darss is about 20 minutes away. Stralsund is about 45 minutes away, as is Rostock.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Surfing is allowed in Neuendorf. In Saal ( 5 min. away ) kittening and surfing is allowed.
A riding stable is located 10 min. away. A bicycle path is directly in front of the house.
Due to the proximity to the water, the property is perfectly situated for anglers.
