The flat is located on the first floor (a lift is available) and has a size of approx. 35m². The flat is bright and modernly furnished. The double bed (Boxpringart (lying surface 2 x 80 x 200 cm high-quality mattresses). The mattresses have different degrees of hardness H2 or H3. The flat has a south-facing balcony with table and balcony chairs, an integrated kitchen in the living/bedroom, storage room, cable TV LED TV and a modern new shower room. Parking space optionally available. WLAN connection (Free-Wifi).

Location and surroundings of object
The house is centrally located in the historic centre of Sellin. If you wish, you can have breakfast - even late risers' breakfast - in the Kolonialstübchen (on the ground floor) or in one of the nearby cafés.
The Granitzerwald forest begins to the side of the house, inviting you to take extensive walks or bike tours and has a hunting lodge worth seeing.
In the immediate vicinity and within walking distance are the savings bank, shops for daily needs, the Wilhelmstraße with pier, numerous restaurants, bars, cafés, promenade, etc., the Kleinbahnhof/Rasender Roland railway station, and the "Rasta". the small railway station/Rasender Roland, the spa gardens, the park and Lake Sellin are all within walking distance.
The main beach with the famous pier is approx. 400 m away, the south beach approx. 1000 m. You can reach the south beach comfortably with the Bäderbahn. It connects the seaside resorts of Baabe and Göhren.
The old seaside resort architecture and the charm of the place will inspire you. The surrounding spas (e.g. Binz, Baabe, Göhren etc.) are also within easy reach. The house itself also has a physiotherapist and a bicycle rental with repair service.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten die FeWo in Sellin, gut gelegen, alles vorhanden, sogar ein Fahrstuhl . Würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen. Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis top.

Great holiday in a very nice and centrally located flat
Very nice flat.
Balcony was always used even if the traffic is a bit noisy. We quickly got used to it. Everything you need is within easy reach. There is nothing missing in the flat.
We will definitely come again ????

Alles, sehr gut geklappt, Vermieter, sehr freundlich und schnelle Beantwortung.
Das Appt. war sehr schön, es fehlte nichts an der Ausstattung.
Die Lage, auch mit der Bahn, sehr gut erreichbar.

Wunderbar
Mir hat gut gefallen bei euch in der Wohnung. Verallding was mir sehr gut gefallen hat war das man gegen über einen Tiefgaragen Stellplatz hat somit steht das Auto die ganze Zeit sicher, ich habe die ganze Woche nicht gebraucht. Und zum Strand ist man auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Allerdings muss aber auch sagen der Straßen Lärm jeden Morgen war schon recht laut somit konntest du nicht die Balkontür offen lassen weil sonst steht du im Bett. Aber sonst war echt schön und traumhaft. Ich komme aufjedefall wieder.

Alles super
Als erstes, das mit dem Schlüssel hat super geklappt.
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, hell, sehr sauber und mit WLan. Schön zentral im ort gelegen, gute anbindung an Selliner Bäderbahnen. Dank Fahrstuhl war das Gepäck schnell in der oberen Etage. Den Tiefgaragenplatz mit anzumieten war eine gute idee, so konnte das Auto im kühlen stehen bleiben, während wir Sellin und die anderen orte unsicher gemacht haben
