The house is located in a quiet holiday settlement on the dyke on the Butjadingen peninsula, directly adjacent to the Wadden Sea Nature Park. You can reach the beach in just a few minutes
The Frisian beach (children's entertainment in season) offers beach chairs for rest and relaxation as well as the opportunity to swim and walk on the mudflats and to play and romp on the large, attractive playground. Nearby are shopping facilities, the Center Parc with fun pool and a wide range of other entertainment options and gastronomy.
Further attractions are the FFN-Nordseelagune in Burhave (12 km). In addition, you have the possibility to play mini golf, squash, tennis, badminton, bowling, billiards.

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Wir haben dort 4 Übernachtungen gebucht. Uns ist es egal ob es alt oder sperrlich eingerichtet ist, jedoch kamen wir an und es kam uns schon ein muffiger Geruch entgegen. Leider nicht das einzige... Die Wohnung wurde glaube noch nie geputzt, sie war super dreckig, angefangen vom Boden, der beschmutzt und schmierig war, bis zu dem Geschirr, wo überall noch Essen dran hing... Wir haben das nötigste nachputzen(mehrmals!) müssen um uns wenigstens frisch machen zu können und haben die Wohnung dann nur noch zum Schlafen (leider) betreten. Das Einzig positive an der Wohnung war die Lage, wir waren ganz nah am Strand und es war mit Hund super ruhig und entspannt und man konnte weitläufig super spazieren gehen. DAS WARS ABER AUCH... Am liebsten wären wir sofort wieder nach Hause gefahren... Keine 10€ würden wir für diese Unterkunft zahlen... Unverschämt Gäste mit ruhigen Gewissen dort hinein zu lassen... Schade... Dabei hätte man so viel daraus machen können... Leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen... Verwirrt wegen der guten Bewertung!!?

Dieser geradezu vernichtende Eintrag hat uns sehr betroffen und traurig gemacht. Uns ist bewusst, dass das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und Renovierungen anstehen, was im übrigen aber der Grund ist, warum wir im Vergleich für einen sehr moderaten Tagessatz vermieten. Eine solche Rückmeldung ist uns noch nicht vorgekommen. Immerhin war das Ferienhaus auch dieses Jahr seit Mai fast durchgängig besetzt, ohne dass es zu Beschwerden kam. Sollten die geschilderten Umstände auch nur annähernd zugetroffen haben, tut uns das sehr leid. Die Behauptung, dass dort noch nie geputzt worden sein soll, empfinden wir als zutiefst ehrverletzend, gleiches gilt für die Bemerkung zu dem vorangegangenen Eintrag, die wohl suggerieren soll, dass diese "Fake" ist. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass man unsere Verwaltung vor Ort oder uns direkt anspricht, um für Abhilfe zu sorgen. Leider entspricht ein Eintrag in der Anonymität eines Onlineportals, der offensichtlich mit Schädigungsabsicht verfasst wurde, eher dem Zeitgeist.

TRAUMHAFT! !!
Wir waren total begeistert!
Der Bungalow ist einfach eingerichtet/ausgestattet, bietet aber alles was man braucht ohne viel "Schnack - Schnack" und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.
Die Lage ist super! Ruhig in einer Feriensiedlung aber dennoch nicht von der Außenwelt abgeschnitten. Für Familien ist es optimal und selbst bei nicht gutem Wetter ist es schwer Langeweile zu bekommen! Was uns persönlich auch sehr gut gefallen hat: Tossens ist trotz Kurgebiet alles andere als überteuert!
Wir danken Familie Fischer für den super-netten Kontakt und für die wunderschöne Woche die wir erleben durften! Daumen hoch und absolut empfehlenswert! !! :)
