Description
The "Casa delle Margherite" is located in the small village of "Diano Calderina", above the coastal town of Diano Marina, just 1.5 km from the local sandy beaches.
The house has 2 floors and a large roof terrace, which can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase on the upper floor. From here you have a wonderful 360 degree view over the entire bay of Diano Marina and the sea.
You have access to a second terrace for dining and barbecuing from the third bedroom.
The house offers enough space for up to 5 people. An open, spacious kitchen adjoins the large living room on the first floor. There is also a bathroom on each of the two floors, one with a bathtub on the first floor and one with a tiled, floor-level shower on the second floor.
Numerous leisure facilities, shops, restaurants, bars and beautiful sandy beaches can be found in neighbouring Diano Marina, which is also a 20-minute walk downhill.

Location and surroundings of object
From the San Bartolomeo al Mare motorway exit, just one exit before the district town of Imperia, drive to Diano Marina and follow the signs up the hill to Diano Calderina. At the local car park, there is only a short climb up Via Umberto to the house.

We particularly enjoyed the boat trip for whale and dolphin watching, but you have to make a reservation by phone, which is not clearly indicated in the brochures and posters. The caves are also very impressive. Thank you very much, and we will recommend you to others.

everything was there. In Diano Marina there are endless beaches and enough space. The top restaurant in Diano Marina is Restaurant Kristina. The restaurant manager is a German and offers superb Italian cuisine. Thank you very much.

Since the owners apparently also use the property themselves, everything was more than enough available. The only thing missing was a dishwasher. We really liked the restaurant in Diano Castello. Price-performance was okay, the staff was very nice, and you have a great view. We had a very nice vacation...
