Description
Well-maintained, detached private villa with extensive facilities and views to the sea and Penon de Ifach. The villa is situated on a private plot of 830 sqm in a hardly frequented cul-de-sac with a private pool, which is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy access.
It is possible to heat the 4 x 8 metre private pool to a water temperature of 30 degrees in the transitional months of summer by means of an electrically operated heat pump*. The pool heating is not available from mid-November to the end of February. The furnished pool terrace also has a brick outdoor shower (hot/cold) with WC and washbasin, as well as another terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasol, garden table and garden chairs. A covered barbecue area with portable grill invites you to cosy barbecue evenings. A washing machine is also available in the grill house. The well-kept garden is beautifully landscaped with a variety of Mediterranean plants.
The well-maintained villa of approx. 130 sqm has 3 bedrooms, all 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and fly screens as well as shutters on the windows, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), an open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Dining room with sea view and living room with sea view, large flat screen TV with German SAT reception and fireplace. Glazed living - terrace with exit to the pool terrace, washing machine in the grill house. In the living room there is still an older air conditioner, but it is not operational, but through the shutters and sun blinds you can expect pleasant room temperatures. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. A safe is available in the house. An internet connection via WLAN is available. For the cooler season there is a gas central heating in the whole house. A covered parking space for 2 cars and further parking facilities are located within the enclosed property with electric access gate. The garage is locked and cannot be used. The nearest bathing bay (La Fustera) is 2.3 km away, the sandy beach of Calpe 3 km, Calpe 4 km, the nearest supermarket 2 km and restaurants 500 metres.
