House Nevenka is a comfortable holiday home built in 2001 and located on the edge of the village Nova Vas, which is distant only 7 km from Porec and its beaches. Situated on its own enclosed property of 770 sqm this house provides to its guests a private swimming pool of 24 sqm with sun loungers and parasols, pavilion with sitting furniture, barbecue and parking space for 4 cars.
On the property there is one smaller additional house which the house owners use as a storage room and it is not on guests` disposal.
