Description
Our 80 square meter apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and located in a beautiful, manicured grounds.
In just 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes you are on the long sandy beach of Casares. There are also 2 typical Spanish beach bars (Chiringuito).
The apartment includes a balcony and a 60 sqm roof terrace with barbecue and sun beds, 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot summer days, on colder days heating this.
A 9 hole golf course is right across the plant. There is also a gym, which you can use as a visitor. And in the Brasserie you get fresh bread in the morning.
The secured pool has a lifeguard (mid May - early October) and chairs with shady places. Extra children's pool, it is open all year.
The roof terrace is accessible from the balcony stairs.

Location and surroundings of object
By car you are in 5 minutes at the scenic port of La Duquesa and 10 minutes in a typical Andalusian white mountain village of Casares. For nature lovers, hikers and bird watchers the Parque Natural Acornocales is close.
The Costa del Sol is also called Costa del Golf and has wonderful places. Nearly 70 courses can be found here! Through the great climate, you can play all year. 800m away is the famous golf course Finca Cortesin, Estepona Golf 15 minutes, La Duquesa Golf Club 10 minutes.
The sprawling sandy beach invites you to linger and take long walks. In Chiringuito serves fresh fish and tapas with a glass of wine.
Gibraltar, Marbella or Puerto Banus are 20 minutes away by car and worth a visit.

Cozy and very well equipped
We have already been to Casares for the second time. The apartment is very well equipped and you can tell that the owners also use the apartment themselves. The personal touch and the extra amenities make the vacation perfect. The parking space in the cool underground garage is another plus point. The location of the apartment allows interesting trips to the sights of the Costa del Sol. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. We will definitely come back!

relaxing vacation
we had a great time at the resort. The apartment is very well equipped and our children had a lot of fun in the large pool every day. We really enjoyed the evenings on the rooftop terrace watching the sunset. The gardens are beautifully landscaped. We will definitely come back.

We are a family from Northern Germany. A few years ago, we have the Western Costa del Sol discovered for us. The mild climate in winter and 320 days of sunshine have convinced us. In southern Spain, the whole family is experiencing a relaxing and enjoyable break. Many different excursions offer something for young and old. Relaxed beach days with plenty of space to run around and relax. Chiringuitos (beach bars) in between for the hungry. Short car trips to Gibraltar with the Monkey Rock, check out the white mountain villages Casares and Ronda, shopping in Marbella, a coffee in one of the beautiful harbors on the Costa del Sol, wine tours, a good value for money - all these points delight us every year anew !
