The Holiday home

The exterior area of this finca is magnificent thanks to its clear views to the fields, offering a feeling of peace and quiet to our guests. On top of that, the closeness of the sea and the beautiful private pool of salt water mean the perfect plan for an amazing vacation. The pool sizes 6 x 3 metres and the water depth ranges from 1 to 1.85 metres. There are 5 sun loungers around the pool in order to bask in the sun and an exterior shower. If you are cool the whole day you'll feel like cooking a delicious barbecue to enjoy beneath the porch, and you can relax afterwards on the sofas under the parasol, just enjoying the company. If you are travelling with children, they can have fun in the pool which also features a safety fence for them on request. The plot is fenced and it presents several fruit trees like fig trees, and it offers total privacy, except the daily moment when the owner comes to take care of the beautiful dog behind the house.

When you enter the house, you find a great living room with a comfortable sofa and air-conditioning that invite to relax watching the satellite TV channels or simply with a good reading. Behind a great sliding door you find the dining area, also with a TV set and air-conditioning so it becomes the perfect place for long evenings. Then you find the kitchen featuring a ceramic hob, oven, an open pantry and all needed utensils and appliances to cook as if you were at home. You will also find a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bathrooms with a wardrobe and air-conditioning all of them. Two bedrooms come with a double bed and the last one presents two twin beds. We can prepare a cot in one of the double bed rooms, and a high chair is also available if you need it. Likewise, we can prepare a folding bed for the 7th guest. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower. The accommodation comprises two storeys, although upstairs there is only a sunny terrace where you can admire a beautiful and rural landscape.

The finca is placed in a very quiet area in the middle of the countryside, but only 250 metres away from the village and 1.1 km from the sea. In fact, the coastal area surrounding s'Estanyol is full of paradisaical coves and beaches, both of sand and rock. We specially recommend visit the beach of es Trenc, one of the jewels on the Mediterranean. Nevertheless, if you are in search of an unforgettable excursion, you can board the boat that goes from Colonia de Sant Jordi to the Cabrera Archipelago National Park. Regarding services and shops, s'Estanyol and specially Llucmajor offer all you may need for an independent vacation like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops and much more.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
