This villa with private pool, has been recently restored maintaining all the characteristics typical of Tuscan farmhouses; is located above a hill in a reserve where you can easily see wild boar, roe deer, hares, pheasants, squirrels, foxes, hawks and night badgers, porcupines, hedgehogs and many nocturnal birds such as owls and barn owls. As you can see from the photos, this cottage has a panoramic view on all 4 sides (360 degrees) and is reached through a typical narrow street with rows of cypress trees, the view that you will enjoy is unique, cultivated fields, woods, hills, lakes typical of the Tuscany.
Although located in a natural and isolated is located just 12 km from Volterra and San Gimignano. The first village with supermarket, bar, post office and restaurant (Castelsangimignano) is just 5 km.
The villa is located between Florence and Siena can be reached in less than an hour. The sea can be reached in 40 minutes (because the villa is located in the center of Tuscany, it may be a good starting point to visit the villages and the art cities of the region)
INSIDE THE VILLA
On the ground floor there is a nice balcony with a wooden table for 12 people, so in case of rain or wind you can eat repaired still enjoying the beautiful scenery. Then there is 3 bedrooms with a bathroom, a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and everything you need for cooking, a lounge with fireplace and satellite TV.
Passing through the ancient stairs leads to the first floor where there are 2 living rooms with fireplace and satellite TV and sofa bed, 2 kitchens, 2 bedrooms with bathroom.
OUTSIDE THE VILLA
The villa has a garden of 5000 square meters with panoramic swimming pool with teak sunbeds with mattress, table and teak chairs and umbrellas (the pool is cleaned every day and the chlorine and pH are checked every morning)
The villa has a beautiful "terrace" with mosaic table for 12 people where you can dine watching beautiful sunsets.
To complete the exterior, we find an old stone oven where guests can enjoy a delicious pizza or bread.

In the photo you can see our family behind the farmhouse with swimming pool that we rent in Tuscany. The first you see in the photo is little Viola born on 12-31-11, sitting in the middle is Paola, and finally Valerio. We have always had the dream of living in the countryside or in any case in a place where the pace was more relaxed, with less smog, more time to dedicate to ourselves and with the possibility of meeting new people. We moved from the city in 2006 and opened this holiday farmhouse which, thanks to our guests, gives us great satisfaction. Paola is the cook of this Tuscan villa, upon request guests can request breakfasts, lunches, dinners, tastings and cooking lessons Valerio is the "farmer of the farmhouse", he takes care of the garden, cleans the swimming pool every morning and is a Yoga teacher. Valerio has followed massage courses, in Italy and abroad and has received certificates to be able to practice personalized massages for his guests.
