Villa Fjord is located in Brajkovici, near the old famous historical town of Rovinj. It is located in a quiet environment and has 4 apartments and a cottage. Each apartment has a private balcony and each bedroom has a private bathroom. The plot is 1500m2 large and it is a pool of 45 m2, a large garden, a covered barbecue area, tennis and a swing for children. The landlords are very children and animal lovers. they can buy local products such as wine, liqueurs, schnapps and cheese inexpensive locally. The place is very centrally located, restaurants, attractions and the sea are within easy reach. This property is designed for 19 people, which can also be booked individually. Ideal for small travel and biker groups. A breakfast can be served reasonably priced on request.

Very nice apartment
We were with 2 families in this accommodation. We were warmly welcomed by the landlord with cold drinks. The apartments are very well organized, and with the adjoining pool, it is the perfect relaxation for children. You do have to drive a little to the next town, but that didn't bother us. Unfortunately, there is a small downside that there is no washing machine, but the landlord was accommodating and provided us with his own washing machine a few times. The landlord speaks German very well and knows good insider tips around Rovinj and the surrounding areas.
We were very satisfied with our stay there and would go back again.

I have to start by saying that Monique, who is the owner of the property, is a very kind, helpful, and communicative person. You can trust her without hesitation. The place itself is great. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Each room (including those in the apartments) has a private bathroom. The kitchens are fully equipped. Nevio and Ivanka, who are the hosts, live on the ground floor of the house and check every day to make sure that the guests have everything they need. Nevio is very kind and helpful. The beach closest to Brajkovici is not attractive and not worth going there even though it is closer than the beaches in Rovinj. In Rovinj, there are many free parking lots, and the beaches (especially Cuvi beach) are very nice. Rovinj is 10 km away, which is about 10-12 minutes. Returning to Villa Fjord, it is definitely worth its price and above all, it offers the opportunity to spend wonderful holidays.

Quiet, private location and a helpful host
We experienced an inspiring Qigong seminar as a group and found everything we needed. 10 minutes by car to Rovinj and the beautiful training locations on the beach or in the cedar park.

It was wonderful.
We stayed there with 3 families and booked the entire apartment.
The pool is really great and the barbecue house was perfect too. Since we had some rain a few times, we could play games together there. Nevio was really always very friendly, we will definitely come back.

Perfect for our extended family trip
The accommodation was perfect for our holiday together with the whole family. We will be happy to come back. The landlord lives in the basement and is very helpful. The large pool is wonderful for relaxing and having fun.
The open barbecue house has now been converted into a closed barbecue house for communal use on colder days. The sea is about 20 minutes drive away. The pool house is currently not rented out, pictures are still posted here. We had the 4 apartments in the main house. The apartments are on the 1st and 2nd floor. 1 apartment has 1 double room and a sofa bed in the living room + separate bathroom, the other 3 apartments each have 2 double rooms with their own bathroom. There is a common staircase. The individual apartments can be locked separately. Parking is possible in the courtyard.

Beautiful facility with great service
There is actually not much to say.
We were there as a couple and rented the small App 1.
We were lucky and were the only guests.
The house is very quiet and not far from Rovinj.
There are great beaches in the area and the national park Cape Kamenjak is not far away (40min). A trip there is absolutely worth it.
Nevio and Ivanka were very accommodating and provided us with fruit and wine.
We will be happy to come back.
