The Holiday home

This property features a private, 9 x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.90 m to 2.10 m. It is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and an exterior shower and you will enjoy lovely views over the countryside. If you like to cook outside, you can surprise your loved ones with a tasty barbecue. This house has two porches where you can enjoy great al-fresco dining. The plot is very big so your children can play.

The charming interiors will make you feel at home from the very first moment. The stone-lined walls and antic elements like the old fountain, give a warm touch to the sitting-dining room. There, you can watch a film on the satellite-TV, listen to music or read a good book by the fireplace. It is also air-conditioned. The laundry is located on the terrace and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This beautiful house offers a double bed bedroom which is air-conditioned. There is a loft upstairs which offers two single beds and it also is air-conditioned. This loft is open to the living-dining room and can be access through a staircase. regarding the bathrooms, the house features a shower bathroom with a bidet.

This fantastic cottage is located in Algaida, in the centre of Mallorca, surrounded by fields and meadows. In the town you will find all necessary amenities for your stay. In Randa you will find an equestrianism centre and the chapel of the Santuari de Cura is also quite close. The golf course Son Gual is about 15 km away and there you can practise the perfect tee-off. If the beach is what you are searching for, it's up to you! As the property is located in the centre of the island, by car you can easily go to lots of fantastic beaches. In the south, there are the lively beaches of Can Pastilla and Playa de Palma, in the south-east, you can discover the beautiful natural beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rapita and heading to the west, you can spend a day on the gravel bays of the Tramuntana.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.

Perfekter Urlaub zu zweit

Eine wunderbare Finca mit einem tollen Grundstück. Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Finca ist perfekt für 2 Personen und wunderbar gemütlich. WLAN und deutsches TV funktionieren hervorragend. Die Vermieter haben uns persönlich und sehr nett mit einer Flasche Wein und selbst gekochter Marmelade sowie einem Obstkorb empfangen. Es gibt sogar Hühner und man kann sich jeden morgen frische Eier nehmen. Die Lage ist ruhig und sicher, von der Autobahn in der Nähe bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen dauert nur ca. 20 Minuten. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Zum Zentrum des Dorfes Algaida gelangt man mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten, auch zu Fuß gut machbar in 20-30 Minuten.
