For a woman entrepreneur from southern Germany has been fulfilled by the sea with the Villa Ani the long-awaited dream of a house. Less than 100 meters from the crystal clear sea in Marina di Ostuni called Patricia the inspiring, attractive Villa Ani her own.
The light-filled, small holiday house has just been completed until the beginning of 2016th The architect-designed holiday home enjoys with its clean, pure lines of a contemporary Mediterranean style. The small garden, the lemon and fig trees, an olive and palm trees adorn, underlines the southern atmosphere and spread the relaxing scent of white jasmine. Whether a cappuccino at the garden table in between or a good book on a sun lounger on the veranda you can relax and unwind.
A simple, casual look characterizes the interior. The living rooms come in bright colors: white painted walls and a white open kitchen change with the Pastel of large refrigerator and the powdery cream of dining chairs. In a large flat screen television is mounted. We offer the domicile in principle to 4 people. At the express request, however, the pull-out sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more people.
In both bedrooms you will find built-in closets. The iron double bed feels airy-easy. The New York Performing oil painting is from a Hundertwasser student.

The country boasts the spaciously designed roof terrace with refreshing sea view. Loading A small cast-iron bistro table with seating for morning breakfast, which overlooks. Good humor also promise the sun loungers on the terrace.
A nice dinner with Apulian specialties by candlelight on the rooftop, with the family or good friends, let the holidays finally be pleasure.
The fresh fish you get at the picturesque fishing port of Villanova, which can be reached in less than 10 minutes. You will also find restaurants, pizzerias and bars, supermarket and pharmacy. The coastline of Diana Marina is characterized by sandy beach coves, which are framed by rocks.

The house is located in an absolute sea, that is less than 100 meters from the sea.

Marina di Ostuni has for years always the Bandiera Blu, that is the Blue Flag for excellent seawater quality and the 5 sails of Legambiente, the maximum rating on Italy's coasts.
The picturesque fishing port of Villanova with the ancient castle is within walking distance. There are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and in season, and of course a newsagent. The White City of Ostuni, with its labyrinthine alleyways is just 7 km away.
Officially it is art city of Italy. The city is situated at about 300 m hill, offering a fantastic panorama. Between Ostuni Town and the sea olive groves as far as the eye can see.

thank you very much again for letting us stay in your wonderful house. It is really beautiful: super equipped, beautifully furnished and very clean and cosy! We felt very comfortable. The location to Ostuni, Villanova and the bays is also ideal!
