This comfortable villa is situated on a large plot on the south. The garden is completely fenced, what your privacy and tranquility full benefits. Ample parking for at least 2 cars at the house. For a relaxing stay, the modern living room has a flat-screen TV, audio center with USB and I-phone connection.
3 bedrooms have a private shower. An additional spa with sauna and bath. In the villa you have free internet access. The 8-person house has comfortable floor heating. Both from the living room, dining room and kitchen, you can enjoy of a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is luxuriously furnished and equipped with all comforts. A large play area for children and adults in the basement.
The decor is modern, stylish and equipped with quality furniture. Here you will feel with the whole family, but also with zn second completely comfortable!

Renesse is a fantastic place where you can really enjoy your holidays!
The beaches are accessible throughout the year and also in winter is a visit worth, wide beaches and countless pavilions.
Cosy restaurants and small shops, free bus to the beach and the center and of course a lively nightlife. All this makes Renesse very attractive for a great holiday for young and old.
Renesse is located centrally on the long Nordzeestrand of Schouwen-Duiveland. The beach is very wide, clean and divided into family, nature, water sports and naturist beaches.
On these different beaches certain rules that ensure are that any visitor can safely spend your free time. These signs can be found on every beach access.
The huge beach of Schouwen-Duiveland is known in Germany and abroad. The beach was several times awarded the blue flag. This is an international recognition which will be enough annually to clean and safe beaches.
In total 21 km beach offers 14 pavilions, some of which are also open in winter.
In summer more auxiliary items of lifeguards are spread over the beach.
The island of Schouwen-Duiveland has also kilometers of cycling and hiking trails.

Cancellation terms:

These charges are 30% of the total cost + reservation fees if the cancellation is made up to 28 days before the arrival date; thereafter, payment of the total cost/the entire agreed rent is due. The deposit paid will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation. If you cancel within 2 days (48 hours after the conclusion of the contract), there will be no charges, provided that the arrival day is not within 28 days.

BHKV Leisure - definitely avoid!
We rented the holiday home Horizon 99 during Pentecost week. Already upon arrival at the house, a musty smell was noticeable. A proper cleaning had obviously not taken place, as we found a dog bone in one of the beds. When we took a shower on the first evening, the entire basement flooded because the lifting system was defective. So we spent the first evening clearing the traces of the flood and trying to get rid of the stench in the house. The entire basement with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms was uninhabitable during the entire period. Giving one star is still too much! We only managed to reach someone at BHKV Leisure the next day. The employee on the phone was rude and casually informed us that the issue with the faulty lift system was known, the spare parts were missing, and the delivery was expected later in the week. Despite a subsequent written complaint, only a promise was made to address the problem and speak to the owner of the holiday home again. Not very helpful considering that a repair may only be possible at the end of the rental period. I would also like to give 0 stars here! After that, we were only put off. Upon departure, we were promised that they would contact us regarding compensation, which has not happened to this day despite numerous reminders. This is really unacceptable. One could assume that as a German guest, one will only be ripped off here because one won't fight back anyway. In this case, employees and managing directors of BHKV Leisure could be mistaken. Particularly bad is the fact that the issue with the defective lifting system was known, and the consequences, namely flooding due to wastewater, were also known. Renting out the property nonetheless is fraud or deceit.

Luxus in Renesse
Horizon 99 is a holiday home built in 2015 for friends or large families. Three bedrooms, each with a sink and shower, are fantastic, with the fourth sleeping spot located on a loft open to the living area, hence only conditionally recommended. The living and dining area offer plenty of space, the kitchen is high quality (e.g. extra freezer, filter coffee machine plus Senseo...) and fully equipped - we didn't miss anything! Outdoor terrace and lounge furniture are also available, ideal for use in good weather. There was always a breezy wind at our place, so outdoor stay was limited. However, the two-person infrared sauna cabin in the basement made up for it, a true delight. We had a great week and can only recommend the house.
