The neat, detached holiday house with modern furniture and equipment can accommodate max. five persons. The living area is 83 sqm. On the 900 square meter plot with a Mediterranean garden and mature trees invite different terraces for sunbathing and relaxing. In addition to a large covered terrace with sea view, there are two double bedrooms, a friendly lounge and dining area and modern fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower. The house has satellite TV (modern flat screen TV), central heating and washing machine. For two long sandy beaches and the town center of Calpe with many shopping and entertainment opportunities is only 5 minutes. Public swimming pools, tennis courts and restaurants are within a short walking distance of about 5 - 10 minutes from the House. Pets are not welcome.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the quiet holiday - Maryvilla, about 300 meters from the sea. To urbanization has a fine sandy beach next to the "Puerto Blanco Marina, which offers a wide range of water sports. In addition, the Maryvilla has several good restaurants with swimming pools and tennis courts. The town center and the long sandy beaches of Calpe are located at about 2 Km or 5 minutes away by car. Information to the resort of:
Calpe, with its clean beaches, valleys and mountains and a privileged climate, a special recreational value. The distinctive rock Penon de Ifach, is the hallmark of the Costa Blanca. Highly recommended is a stroll through the old town with Roman and Moorish history, the winding streets and typical restaurants. Enjoy the varied landscape around Calpe with its wide vineyards, orange almond and olive plantations. In the small villages of the hinterland (Jalon- Parcent) about 10 km, you should indulge in the good wine and excellent cuisine.
