Beautiful flat

We stayed in this beautiful flat for 2 weeks. The flat is very tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Everything you need is there, even an iron and ironing board. The flat is very quiet and from the balcony you have a wide, beautiful view.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
So everything is perfect for a nice, relaxing holiday.


Since Gräfenberg is located at a train station, you can easily take public transport to cities like Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen, etc. and leave the car behind.
There are also beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Many thanks to family Loedes-Mörtel

Beautiful spring vacation

Great and cozy starting point for diverse excursions and activities in the Franconian Switzerland. Top equipment and homely atmosphere provided a beautiful home during the holiday season. We will definitely come back!

Holiday at its best

The comfortable and clean flat is perfectly equipped with everything required for a perfect holiday. Situated inside the beautiful landscape of Franconia Switzerland it was our home away from home for four unforgettable weeks. Regardless whether you want to cook for yourself or explore Franconias cuisine at the nearby restaurants this place offers everything. The lovely arranged interior combined with the very friendly and helpful hosts makes you easily relax and forget all your troubles. We will definitely come again.

Beautiful vacation apartment!

The vacation rental is lovingly furnished. Everything is available, very clean, and a good starting point for activities in the Franconian Switzerland. We were greeted very nicely by Ingrid and Georg - thank you again, both of you !!! We would love to come back!

Super vacation rental

The holiday apartment is super furnished, nothing is missing. It is modernly furnished. You can feel very comfortable on the covered balcony. The internet worked great. Dear Mrs. Mörtel has thought of everything, even a welcome wine bottle. We will gladly come back.

sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete, saubere Ferienwohnung - Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abends sehr schönes Plätzchen auf dem Balkon um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Super tolle Wohnung

Nochmals vielen vielen Dank an die Familie Mörtel für diesen schönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet mit wirklich allem was das Herz begehrt. Die Wohnung war super sauber und man konnte sich von Anfang an wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auf dem überdachten Balkon kann man wunderbar sitzen und kann von dort sehr schön den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Einfach traumhaft

Wir waren nicht das erste mal da und werden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Die Wohnung ist in 1A Zustand, blitzsauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Landschaftlich wunderschön gelegen findet man dort wirkliche Ruhe und doch ist alles Wichtige schnell und einfach erreichbar. Im Herzen der fränkischen Schweiz gelegen ist es der ideale Standort für Entdeckungsreisen aller Art. Die liebenswerten Hausherren runden das malerische Bild noch zur Perfektion ab. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und reisen immer nur sehr ungern ab.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, schöner geräumiger überachter Balkon mit Aussicht ins Tal und Abendsonne, sehr ruhige Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr entgegenkommend bzgl. der An- und Abreisewünsche und auch sonst absolut hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder!

Fantastyczne miejsce!

Cudowni właściciele, przyjacielska atmosfera, apartament duży, świetnie wyposażony, czyściutko. Dom położony przy spokojnej uliczce, parking przed domem. Cisza, spokój, komfort - czego chcieć więcej?!

Super holiday flat

We felt very comfortable here, a super flat with everything you need. Even washing machine and dryer that you do not have everywhere. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The landlords are very nice and you feel at home immediately. We can only recommend the flat to others. It was a beautiful holiday.

Perfect cheap holiday flat

Perfect spacious holiday flat, modern, well-kept, nothing missing, very quiet, parking space in front of the house, large covered balcony also for the evening sun, very friendly landlords. Hiking, city tours but also comfortable cycling around the bathing lakes Altmühlsee and Brombachsee near Gunzenhausen.

Das war die schönste FeWo, die wir jemals hatten. Auch unsere zwei Mädchen haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist total gemütlich, absolut sauber und küchentechnisch hervorragend ausgestattet. Super schöne Fewo, sehr nette Vermieter

Mein Sohn und ich waren in den Herbstferien hier auf Urlaub. Die Fewo ist absolut empfehlenswert, sehr gepflegt, bestens ausgestattet, die Lage ist perfekt. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Vermieter der Ferienwohnung sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend! Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und sauber. Alles ist neu und gepflegt, nichts ist " zusammengewürfelt", wie wir es schon so oft erlebt haben... Die Dekoration ist sehr geschmackvoll und farblich aufeinander abgestimmt. Der überdachte Balkon ist gemütlich und die Aussicht ist toll! Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist wirklich super. Ob zum Wandern, oder um die schönen Städte,Burgen und Schlösser zu besuchen, hier ist alles möglich!

Besser geht´s kaum

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Sehr modern eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und das zu einem super fairen Preis. Die Lage fanden wir auch perfekt (ruhig, Wald und Felder in direkter Nähe), da wir mit Kleinkind da waren, so dass wir jeden Tag eine Kinderwagen-freundliche Runde drehen konnten.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und um ihre Feriengäste bemüht. Wir haben sehr schnell ein familiäres Verhältnis aufbauen können. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder :)
