The light-flooded penthouse flat is located on the 2nd floor of the newly built Residenz-Seeterrassen and has been furnished with high-quality and modern furniture, with maritime accents rounding off the overall picture
Ambitious hobby cooks will be in their element in the fully equipped kitchen, which is adapted to the needs of a holiday guest.
A Bose soundplate installed in the living room makes your favourite music or film a listening pleasure. The 3D television and the 3D DVD system complement the viewing pleasure
The bedrooms have mattresses with hardness levels 2 and 3 and adjustable slatted frames. Cot available. Both bedrooms are equipped with LCD TVs; 1 bedroom has an additional DVD player
Highlight are also the two complete bathrooms with rain shower and infrared cabin.
The infrared cabin is equipped with coloured lights and an MP-3 player on which you can play the pre-programmed relaxation music or your favourite music.
There is an additional bathroom radio and hairdryer in each bathroom.
The large bathroom has an additional vanity mirror.
The roof terrace is a B/W terrace with an unobstructed view of Lake Schmachter, from where you can enjoy an incredible sunset with a nice glass of wine
The lift takes you directly from the underground car park to the penthouse flat.
Another parking space is available in front of the house.
With the 2 bicycles belonging to the flat you can explore the island on secluded routes.
A beach chair is reserved for you on the beach of Binz (beach access 7/8)

Only a few minutes to the town centre, the pier and the promenade with exclusive restaurants and shopping facilities.
The Schmachter See lake is right on the doorstep; it is only a 7-10 minute walk to the fine sandy beach.
Granitz hunting lodge, a boat trip to Usedom, Hiddensee or to the chalk cliffs as well as a trip to Mönchsgut are always worthwhile.
Visit the famous King's Chair, immortalised in a painting by the painter Casper David Friedrich.
