Description
This house is suitable for relaxation, but also to games and sports. Here you have peace for reading but also space for games, badminton and table tennis, because in front of our house invites a large lawn to.
Your car they can on the lawns around are around the house, parking; just please not in the way stones.
Books and board games are plentiful.
The attic is not rented because it serves only as a private storage room.
If you enjoy cooking, you will find a gourmet in the flower bed in front of the house 15 different herbs, the kitchen is correspondingly generously equipped. The house is furnished with attention to detail. The beach is within walking distance, but there are also free parking right on the dunes transitions. Julianadorp has one of the widest and cleanest beaches of North Holland. There is the period from mid-April to mid-September, the beach cabin where you can store your bathing suit. They can be completed. 2 beach chairs, two beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach games, scales and molds and a table are available.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house stands on a 370 sqm plot in the holiday park Keizerskroon. This is in sight to the dunes, so you can walk to the sea. The town of Den Helder is about 5 kilometers to the north. From there you can take a ferry to Texel, but also the adorable Ijsselmeerstädtchen Enkhuizen, Hoorn and Medemblick are easy to reach for a trip by car. In Julianadorp you have all the shops, as bakery, butcher, drugstore, Lidel and a large supermarket. Even doctors can be found here. Restaurants can be found in varying quality 500 meters from the park, but also in the center of Julianadorp.

Quiet and centrally located in Julianadorp
Highly recommended! Location for parents with children is great. Not far from the sea, shopping opportunities are more than sufficient nearby. Very nice owners, communication and booking went smoothly. Sper replenish!

Der Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Mit kleinen Kindern kann man auch im Garten spielen. Wir können dieses Objekt absolut empfehlen.
Ich habe noch nie eine Bewertung für ein Feriendomizil abgegeben. Der herzliche und stets unkomplizierte Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Frau Kuckelkorn, welche auch kurzfristig mit Rat zur Seite stand, wenn man ihn benötigte, ist der Grund, warum ich dieses Mal eine Empfehlung abgeben muss.
Besten Dank für alles! Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, im nächsten Jahr wieder bei Ihnen zu buchen.

Entspricht voll den Erwartungen
Die ehrliche und ausführliche Beschreibung der Vermieterin trifft vollumfänglich zu. Dem ist nichts hinzuzufügen. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, ein voll ausgestattetes Haus für Familienansprüche, auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Die persönliche Note der Eigentümerin ist in dem Haus in vielen Details wiederzuerkennen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bestens erholt.
Der Vermieterkontakt ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, eine zeitnahe Antwort erfolgte kurz nach Anfrage.
Wir können sowohl den Ort Julianadorp, als auch das gepflegte Haus Nr. 86 sehr weiterempfehlen. Kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Seit ca. 40 Jahren ....
... verbringe ich meine Sommerurlaube in Nordholland. Aber den Luxus eines Strandhauses habe ich erst jetzt erfahren dürfen. Am ersten Tag die eigenen Strandsachen zur vorhandenen Ausstattung dazugestellt und dann ging es immer völlig entspannt zum Strand. Wenn es mal zu voll war, ging es einfach zwei Buhnen weiter und das Strandhaus war dann unser Biwak. Super!

Ich habe einen sehr schönen ruhigen Urlaub dort verlebt.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und im Wintergarten fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Ein paar Tage konnte ich auch das Strandhäuschen genießen. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern,da man nicht immer alles jeden Tag zum Strand schleppen muß.Bücher und vor allem Gesellschaftsspiele sind in Mengen vorhanden.Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Schönes Wetter, zusätzliches Häuschen direkt am Strand und sehr schöner Garten mit leckeren Kräutern. Der gemütlichen und gepflegten Einrichtung merkt man an, dass die Eigentümerin das Haus auch selbst nutzt. Kinderreisebett und Kinderhochstuhl sorgen nicht zuletzt dafür, dass wir mit unseren Enkeln wiederkommen.

Chronic sinusitis, constant colds and the whooping cough of our daughter have made us want to enjoy the healthy North Sea climate, especially in winter. For this we needed a comfortable accommodation, which was really cuddly even in storm and hailstorm. That was a reason for us to buy this holiday home and to make it cozy and cozy.
