Description
In the vineyards with a fantastic view of the castle of Bolgheri and the typical landscape with cypresses of southern Tuscany lies the large manor house in which the very nice owner has created two holiday flats and a guest room with bathroom on the ground floor. The house is an ideal holiday home for children.
The large garden as well as the forest right next to the house invite them to play and explore.
And below the property there is a lake where you can watch the animals that live there.
Furthermore, on the same property is the "Cassetta", a detached holiday home.
Dogs are welcome.
Inside, a mix of regional antiques and modern elements invites you to feel good and stay.
Each flat, as well as the stand-alone Cassetta, has two double bedrooms, each with a shower room, and a large living area.
Each unit has a private terrace and private outdoor area that guarantees privacy. The huge garden is at the disposal of all guests.
Whether you want to sit in the shade during the day or dine outside in the evening. There are of course sunbeds, seating, a dining table and a barbecue available. All flats have fly screens, underfloor heating and air conditioning.
"Case Marina" is a recommendation for guests who want to enjoy authentic Tuscany; the sea is only a few minutes away and the most beautiful bays of Tuscany can be found nearby; at the same time you are in the middle of olive groves and vineyards.
Bolgheri is 5 km away and there are some small typical restaurants. Marina will be happy to sell you her excellent olive oil and give you tips on which beach is the most beautiful or where to go for a meal.
Info: The holiday home is located near Borgheri. There are several hiking trails and many possible bicycle tours. Wine tastings and olive oil tastings are possible in various wineries nearby

Case Marina are recommended for guests who want to enjoy the authentic Tuscany: although the sea is only a few minutes away and the most beautiful bays of Tuscany are nearby, at the same time you find yourself amidst splendid vineyards and olive groves.
Bolgheri is only 5 minutes by car. In this town it is possible to dine in many restaurants that offer local specialties.
Marina gladly sells her olive oil to guests and gladly dispenses advice on the best beaches, both from a panoramic and refreshment point of view.
It is surrounded by many hiking and cycling trails. On the nearby farms there is the opportunity to taste oil and wine. For this, three bicycles and a tandem are available.
Distances from nearby towns: Lucca: about 50 min; Pisa: about 45 min; sea: about 10 min; Florence: about 70 min.
