Description
the private pool measures 4 x 8 metres and is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy access. The spacious sun terrace adjacent to the pool has sun loungers and a parasol. A covered barbecue grill is also available for you here.
For a quick cool down in between, there is an outdoor shower and a small annex with toilet and washing machine.
Other open and covered terraces invite you to linger.
The cosily furnished, very well-maintained holiday home is intended for use by up to 4 people, who will find plenty of space here. there are 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
From the driveway of the property, you can reach the main entrance of the house with a few steps and enter it through a small entrance, from where you reach the living room and the upper floor.
On the ground floor of the house you will find the living-dining room with exit to the covered shaded terrace and the pool, which has been furnished with a sofa set, a large dining table as well as additional seating in the dining area. SAT-TV and an open fireplace are available. An internet connection via WLAN is available in the holiday home.
The modern fitted kitchen with exit to the breakfast terrace is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and a microwave. The cooker has a ceramic hob.
Also on the ground floor are the two air-conditioned double bedrooms, a bathroom with whirlpool and toilet, and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
For the cooler seasons, the house is equipped with gas central heating. You can park your car inside the enclosed property.
