Description
The house we rent privately in the times in which it itself is not inhabited our family. The townhouse is fully built and has a private garden. It also offers: covered terrace, balcony, large awning, sun loungers, garden table and chairs, barbecue, air conditioning / central heating, mosquito nets and much more to the holiday complex include a swimming pool for children and adults with whirlpool and large sunbathing area. The well maintained townhouse is completely and very comfortably furnished. TV with satellite antenna (dt. TV) is in the living room. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped, inter alia, with: dishwasher, microwave and gas stove, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, glasses etc., coffee, crockery, cutlery, barbecue

Was very satisfied.
Super holiday apartment. Everything is available, so well-equipped. Very clean, including the facility; the pool is great. Not far from the sea, about 10 minutes by car, and good parking options at the sea. Highly recommended. Would book there again.

Great holiday
We were there for a week, with 2 adults and 2 children
The house is really nice and clean
The location is very quiet
The pool is easily visible from the terrace, so you always have the children in view.
It is only a few minutes' drive to the beach in Lignano.
We always got a parking space there.
There is a small shop in the village where you can get fresh bread for breakfast.
We liked it very much.

Super nice holiday home
We stayed in the holiday home for 12 days with 2 adults and 3 children. It is a terraced house with a separate enclosed garden overlooking the pool area
The house has 2 nice spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, a kitchen-living room with everything you need and 2 bathrooms with shower
We immediately felt welcome.
The landlady is very friendly and we could reach her by phone if we had any questions or problems
The pool area was cleaned every morning and has a very well-kept large garden with sunbathing lawn under palm trees
The beach in Lignano and the sea are about 5 minutes away by car. Parking spaces are available everywhere
