The Holiday home

The outdoor areas are beautiful: spacious garden zones, a furnished terrace on the 1st floor, a chlorinated 10x5-sized pool (0,4-1,85m deep), ten sunbeds, a furnished porch and a BBQ for cooking lovers.

A 420m2-sized house is divided into 2 floors and features 4 twin bedrooms located on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have an ensuite bathroom with shower. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. Beside the ensuite bathrooms, the house has two lavatories (on the ground and on the 1st floor).

A cozy air-conditioned living-dining room is a perfect place to rest after a hot beach day or to watch a satellite TV. A fully-fitted kitchen with a vitro-ceramic plate has all necessary kitcheware to prepare delicious meals. A washing machine and an iron with an ironing board are also available.

The house is located 6km from Campos town where you will find all the amenities: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, shops, bars and restaurants. In 15 minutes by car you will reach a sandy beach Es Trenc, one of the most famous beaches for its beauty. Other coves and beaches with a transparant water are also not far from the house. Palma City is 30 minutes away. Here you can spend a perfect day visiting historic and cultural places or go shopping. Water lovers can enjoy at Westernpark, Aqualand or at Palma Aquarium.

Under-floor heating is installed in the whole house. The use of the heating is included from November to March. In October and April, you can use the under-floor heating optionally and for a surcharge.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
