Description
The holiday home "Altes Weingut" is located in the village centre of the beautiful wine village of Mörzheim in the heart of the southern wine route. The holiday home is a former winegrower's house, which is located on the grounds of our winery, which is still in operation. With a living space of 154 sqm, it is ideally suited for families or large groups. The adjoining farm garden with terrace offers you the possibility for beautiful hours outdoors
The holiday home has a large living room with a wood-burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
In the large eat-in kitchen with spacious and cosy seating area, you have the opportunity for shared culinary hours
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x1,40m / 1x1,80m / 1x2m bed width). The other sleeping possibilities are in the spacious attic and in the living room (sofa bed). There are two bathrooms in the house. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a bathtub and separate shower. The second bathroom on the ground floor is a shower bathroom
This is a non-smoking holiday home. Smoking is permitted in front of the house and in the garden.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
In our holiday home you will find a small selection of our wines.
There are several traditional wine taverns in the vicinity, as well as numerous wineries. There is a bakery in the neighbouring village and the nearest supermarket is 5 km away. The wine route and Landau are only a few minutes away by car.

The holiday home "Altes Weingut" is located in the town village of Mörzheim (southernmost district of Landau). Mörzheim is a charming, over 1200 year old Palatinate wine village with numerous wineries / listed farms, idyllically situated in the middle of vineyards and close to the Palatinate Forest. The vineyards around Mörzheim invite you to take long walks and hikes
In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous designated hiking and cycling trails through the Palatinate Forest and the wine region of the Southern Wine Route
The hiking and cycling trails offer the most beautiful views of the Palatinate Forest, castles and chapels as well as over the Rhine plain to the Black Forest and Odenwald
The surroundings of Mörzheim offer the opportunity for numerous sporting activities such as jogging, walking, inline skating or cycling
There is a rustic wine tavern and a bakery in the village
In just a few minutes' drive, you can reach the university town of Landau with its many shopping opportunities
A trip to nearby Alsace/France, the cathedral city of Speyer or to Heidelberg is recommended.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Great holiday
We had a great time in a great holiday home.
The equipment is great, the kitchen lacks nothing.
The large dining table is very cosy.
The bathrooms are equipped with great modern showers.
The beds are very comfortable.
The whole interior is coherent
All in all, a super holiday home, and 100% recommendable.

Cosy big house
We had a great holiday over New Year's Eve. Mrs. Gröbert answered all questions quickly and friendly and the house was cosy and clean, the kitchen was super equipped and in the living room you could end the evening very comfortably in front of the fireplace

Summer holiday in Mörzheim
We were able to spend very nice vacation days with six people in this pleasant house. It is very well equipped, everything has been thought of. There is a lot of space in the house, we especially liked the large kitchen. Everything is very clean, the landlords are very nice. The children were able to feed the chickens every day and play carefree in the enclosed courtyard of the winery. We can highly recommend the house.
