The Villa Agatha is a beautiful Tuscan stone house near the coast in Monteverdi Marittima, which was comfortably restored and generously provides space with 6 bedrooms for up to 12 people. The villa is only 5 minutes drive from the nearest town and only about 25 minutes drive from the coast. The 6 bedroom villa has a private bathroom and are equipped with air conditioning and heating. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with double bed with private bathroom with shower, which is also suitable for the disabled with its own access from the outside. Moreover, still on the ground floor a dining room with fireplace and professionally well-equipped kitchen of the villa. In addition, the ground floor another apartment with double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shower and separate entrance. On the first floor there are 4 further bedrooms, all double bedrooms with double bed. One of the bedrooms has a private access from the outside via a staircase. The spacious property is quiet and fenced. As of spring 2016, the villa has as mentioned next to the Jacuzzi and a private pool. The picture in the description shows the pool even as a study. The villa is located about 25 Km from the coast around Monteverdi Marittimo. We should also mention that from here reach the charmaten Bolgheri very good in just about 20 minutes. Bolgheri, the closest known location in the Villa has become famous in recent years, not least through the Sassicaia wine around. There are many small shops, cafes and restaurants. A nice spot for shopping, but above all, to let dangle the soul, very close to the coast.
