Description
The flat offers a fully equipped kitchen of 18 m².
The equipment includes a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and of course a coffee machine.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, radio and CD player.
The fireplace can be used. A first stack of wood is provided and included in the rent. More wood can be purchased if needed.
In the living room there is a sofa bed which allows an extra bed for two persons.
With a size of 14m², the bedroom offers space for two people
The bedroom with a size of 14m² offers space for two people and is kept in a beautiful country house style. Bed linen is of course included.
The bathroom with a size of 5m² offers a toilet, a sink and a bathtub.
Towels are also provided.
It is possible to use a washing machine and a dryer. We charge 2€ per wash
A playground is located in the village centre and is about 500m away from the holiday flat.
As the flat is on the upper floor, the stairs are secured with a child safety door. The sockets are also equipped with child-proof locks.

Relaxing time out in a cosy holiday flat
We felt very comfortable in this spacious and lovingly furnished holiday flat and spent a very relaxing holiday. The flat was also very clean and the hosts, the Thien family, were very helpful and friendly.
The quiet location of the house helps to switch off and relax. We were woken up by the crowing of a rooster and the view fell on peacefully grazing Galloways.
We can recommend this holiday home with a clear conscience and will certainly come back.

TOP - absolutely RECOMMENDED
If you want to relax, this is the place for you!
The holiday apartment is well equipped. A spacious and VERY clean apartment, nothing is missing. In the kitchen, for us who like to cook, there are very pleasant, sharp knives, a large pan, and everything else you need is available. Our teenagers were quite happy with the animals of the house. Gabi and Manfred are very kind and attentive, not intrusive hosts !
There are great attractions in the surrounding area that are worth exploring. Here is a small insight into what we did: - Schwerin: castle with park, climbing forest, beautiful town centre with soft ice cream from"ILKA'S" old GDR ice cream machine, steak house
-Dabel: GDR Museum, lots of interesting relics to marvel at...if you have a connection to it and are interested!!!!
You can also have a tasty and inexpensive meal there
- Lake Holzendorf invites you for a swim
- Sternberg, great old town
- Groß Raden, archaeological open-air museum, interesting for young and old
- Rostock, city centre, Hanse Sail, a spectacle in itself (best to park outside, "Südstadt" on the P&R and take the tram in)

- Warnemünde, Marine Science Center, a seal and seal research station
- Ludwigslust, castle with a great park
All in all, we had a great holiday with Gabi and Manfred in the apartment and in the whole area!

Sehr empfehlenswert.
Wir haben ein paar Tage mit Freunden und natürlich unseren mitgebrachten Quads Urlaub gemacht. Zur Ferienwohnung gibt es zu sagen , dass es eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft ist die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber , gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man kommt an und fühlt sich wohl. Die Ruhe ist himmlisch. Einen Wecker braucht man nicht. Man wird vom Hahn wach gekräht und von der Sonne wach geküsst. Das Vermieterpaar Gabi und Manfred ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Gegend war für uns sehr schön. Wir haben viele gute Wege gefunden um die Quads artgerecht auszuführen. Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub den wir in Groß Niendorf verbringen durften.

Absolute Entspannung in ländlicher Idylle
Wir haben uns in diesem (eigentlich vergangenen) Jahr bewusst für einen Urlaub über die kompletten Feiertage fernab jeglichen Familientrubels und Stadtstress entschieden und haben bei Manfred und Gabi genau das richtig für uns gefunden!! In ländlicher Idylle haben wir Tage der Ruhe und Erholung gefunden und konnten die Zeit zu zweit in der gemütlichen und warmherzigen Atmosphäre der großzügigen Wohnung genießen!
Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Sauberkeit (großes Kompliment an Gabi): hier kann man nicht nur vom Boden essen sondern auch von den Schränken! Das ist wirklich beeindruckend!! Und es gilt hinzuzufügen, dass mit unserem Besuch auch der Tierhaar- und Hausstauballergiker-Test mit Bravur bestanden wurde!! Demnach kann die Wohnung nicht nur von Tierbesitzern und Normalos bewohnt werden, sondern auch von Allergikern - einfach kurz Bescheid geben und es wird nochmal mehr als ohnehin schon darauf geachtet.
Kamin und Badewanne setzten unserem Wohlfühlfaktor noch die Sahnehaube auf. Dank Manfred waren wir bestens mit Holz versorgt.
Die Gastfreundschaft in diesem Haus ist grenzlos!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Zum Entspannen
Wer aus seinem Alltag rauskommen möchte, ist hier richtig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man die Augen offen hält, kann man in der ruhigen Gegend auch sehr schöne Stellen entdecken. Auch als Startpunkt für weitere Ausflugziele sehr schön. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Sommerurlaub
Sehr saubere, wohnlich eingerichtete, großzügige Ferienwohnung. Fehlende Ausstattung wurde umgehend von den im unteren Teil des Hauses wohnenden Vermietern besorgt. Auch die Außenanlagen waren komplett und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen.

Empfehlenswert für den entspannten Urlauber!
Es war nicht das erste Mal, dass wir nach Mecklenburg-Vorpommern gekommen sind. Doch diesmal waren wir von der Lage und Unterkunft derart begeistert, dass es nicht mit unserem ersten Besuch vergleichbar ist. Die Vermieter, Manfred und Gabi, sind zwei tolle Menschen, wo man merkt, dass sie in die Ferienwohnung und deren Gäste vollste Kraft investieren. Auch für Familien mit Hund ist es zu empfehlen, unser Hund Balin war ganz traurig, als wir von Groß Niendorf abgereist sind.
Alles in allem ist es top, die Unterkunft ist sauber, die Vermieter sind super freundlich und die kulturellen Möglichkeiten sind grenzenlos, wir haben in einer Woche gar nicht alles geschafft, was wir eigentlich unbedingt machen wollten.

5 STERNE für die Ferienwohnung-Thien
Erstmals waren wir in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und sowohl die Unterkunft, als auch die schöne Landschaft hat uns überzeugt. Die Wohnung ist jeden Euro wert und man könnte vom Fußboden essen, so sauber ist die Wohnung. Die Vermieter (Manfred und Gaby) sind sehr freundlich und haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Aufgrund der Tipps haben wir Orte, Wege und Seen gesehen, die ein nicht ortkundiger Besucher nicht finden würde. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und im Ortskern (ca. 300m) ist neben dem Dorfteich sogar ein sehr schöner und neuer Spielplatz. Um Groß Niendorf und die Umgebung zu erleben ist ein Fahrrad oder Auto notwendig. Bis auf einen Tag hatten wir gutes Wetter und an diesem Tag sind wir nach Güstrow gefahren. Eine kleine aber feine Stadt und ein schönes Schwimmbad haben wir genossen.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung-Thien nur weiterempfehlen und wünschen alle Besuchern viel Spaß in Groß Niendorf und Umgebung.

Sehr entspannende Tage in einem sehr gemütlichen Haus
Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage und auch meine kleine Tochter (5 Jahre) hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Draußen ist viel Platz, Sonnenliegen und ein großer Garten.
Auch die Wohnung an sich ist sehr gemütlich. Bei gutem Wetter gibt es viele Ausflugsziele und bei schlechtem lädt die Wohnung mit Wanne und Ofen, Fernseher, Gesellschaftsspielen etc. zum entspannen ein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es ist eine sehr tolle Unterkunft. Es fehlt an nichts.
Auch eine sehr schöne Gegend. Grillen ist auch bei niederen Temperaturen möglich. Auch Kinder können sich hier auf dem Gelände austoben. Man ist schnell in Schwerin oder auch an der Ostsee z. Bsp. dem schönsten Strand Deutschlands - KÜHLUNGSBORN- . Das Schönste an der FW ist, das sie erst neu eingerichtet ist und man fühlt sich hier wirklich srhr wohl. Nur zum empfehlen. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute. Es war ein toller Valentinstag für uns.
