Villa Nada is a new, beautiful modern luxury villa. It is equipped with high quality designer furniture that emphasize modern art. The villa consists of a living room with a view of the crystal-clear swimming pool and cultivated garden. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). The dining room and living room are on the ground floor. The villa has 4 bedrooms with double bed one located on the ground floor, the other bedrooms are located on the first floor. The third has two connectable single beds. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Guests have a private jacuzzi and a sauna. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers parking for 4 cars. If you are planning a relaxing, relaxing holiday in luxury, this is the place to go.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Nada is situated in the small village of Kringa, located above the Lim Fjord. For centuries shrouded in secrets and legends about vampires and it is therefore all the more frequent destination of tourists. It is well known for the hiking trails of the stone walls, which are the trademark of the place. Near Kringa is Tinjan, the center of the municipality and the Istrian prosciutto. The owner of Villa Nada is engaged in the production of the Istrian specialty recognized worldwide. Kringa is an ideal location close to all major sites in Istria, 20 min drive you need to get to the Adriatic blue.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub in Zentralistrien
Unsere beiden dreiköpfigen Familien waren die ersten glücklichen Bewohner der Villa Nada in Kringa (Zentralistrien).
Die Bilder und die Beschreibung der neu gebauten Villa Nada haben im Vorfeld sehr viel versprochen und dies mehr als gehalten.
Die Villa liegt im beschaulichen Ort Kringa mit kleinem Supermarkt in Zentralistrien, mittig zwischen Porec und Pazin, ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Strand. Da wir jedoch keinen typischen Urlaub am Meer unternehmen wollten, war die Lage optimal. Spaziergänge mit dem Buggy, Kennenlernen der istrischen Geschichte, Genuss typisch istrischen Essens, Weinproben, Ausflüge in die Küstenstädte - alles zu Fuß oder mit einer kurzen Autofahrt möglich. Sehr angenehm war zudem die ruhige Lage der Villa inmitten der Natur ohne direkten Nachbarn zum genutzten Gartenbereich hin. Es war eine sehr spannende, erholsame und abwechslungsreiche Woche, welche jeden Abend von einem Besuch im Wellnessbereich bzw. Jacuzzi gekrönt wurde. Unseren Kindern (1 Jahr, 3 Jahre) hat es auch sehr gefallen, insbesondere das Trampolin und die Freiflächen im Garten sowie der Pool wurden ausgiebig genutzt.
Die 4 Schlaf-Zimmer mit jeweils einem separaten Bad waren wie die gesamte Wohnung sehr gut und modern ausgestattet und absolut sauber.
Hervorzuheben hinsichtlich der Ausstattung in der Villa ist der Küchenbereich (Ofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Geschirr, Gläser, Tassen, Töpfe, Schüsseln, Besteck, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, ...).
Einiziger kleiner Wermutstropfen des Urlaubs war ein zweimaliger Stromausfall von 6h, welcher allerdings flächendeckend und aufgrund einer Baumaßnahme eintratt und nichts mit der Villa zu tun hatte. Diese Zeit sowie den einzigen Regentag haben wir für die Ausflüge genutzt, denn ansonsten kann man durchaus auch 24h am Tag in der Villa verbringen und Spaß haben.
Der positivste bzw. schönste Aspekt dieses Urlaubs war jedoch nicht die super moderne Villa oder die Erlebnisse bei den Ausflügen, sondern das Kennenlernen der überaus netten, herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzer-Familie. Diese leben ca. 100m neben der Villa und sind der größte Produzent istrischen Rohschinkens. Wir wurden zu einer kleinen Führung und anschließenden Verkostung ihrer selbst hergestellten Waren eingeladen. Wir haben uns bei dieser Familie äußerst wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen.
P. S. Am Ende des Urlaubs haben wir noch ein paar Kilo der istrischen Wurstspezialitäten erwerben können für den Genuss zu Hause.
