The Holiday home

In this property’s ground floor exterior area there is a 36m2 private paved area and an 18m2 furnished porch where you can enjoy pleasant evenings with your loved ones. The porch is located on the back of the property and can be accessed from the kitchen. At the same time, the property has a total of 3 terraces, 2 of which measure 18m2 and can be accessed from 2 of the bedrooms on the 1st floor; the 3rd ones measures 17.5 m2, is furnished and can be accessed from the property’s living room. This last furnished terrace is the ideal place to relax with an aperitif while enjoying the sea breeze. The villa has partial privacy and private space to park 3 vehicles.

The air-conditioned home’s living room is the perfect place to unwind and relax watching a film on the satellite-TV or reading a book. The furnished dining room is opened to the living room and is perfect to enjoy meals with family and friends. The property’s kitchen is independent and has everything needed to prepare the tastiest dishes, including electric stove. There is a laundry room which has 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. As a whole there are 3 bedrooms in the house (all with air conditioning and wardrobes): 2 with 1 double bed and the 3rd one with 2 single beds. If it was necessary, there is a crib in the property. 2 of the rooms have direct exit to the terrace and as a whole, the property features air conditioning (in all rooms except in the bathrooms), floor heating and background music, allowing you to enjoy music anywhere and anytime. In the house you have access to 3 bathrooms: 2 with shower (one of these baths with a shower is located "in suite"), and the last one with a bathtub.

The setting of this property is one of the best ones on the island of Mallorca. This villa is located fairly close to the beaches of Es Trenc i SES Covetes, considered among the best on the island. In the area of Sa Rapita you have access to the marina where you can take water sports lessons and rent canoes, sailboats... The area has a wide variety of wonderful seafood restaurants and very close to the property you can take a tour boat to make the trip to the island of Cabrera.
