The Holiday home

In this beautiful finca you will enjoy the peace of this great island, the one our guests are looking for in order to rest during their holiday. The extensive and wonderful garden areas, the clear views to the forest and the marvellous chlorine pool are the perfect company for your deserved vacation. The pool is pure beauty thanks to its special shape and entrance, as if you where about to swim in the sea. It sizes 8 x 5 metres and the water depth reaches 2.20 metres. The stone terrace around offers up to 6 sun loungers where you can spend a nice time in the sun or under the parasol, with a good reading. The property comprises two buildings, the main house and a beautiful annex. The porch by the main house offers a barbecue and a gas top where those who love their meals alfresco find their place. The property is fenced and it offers total privacy although there are some neighbours around.

With all rooms on just one floor and a well-cared rustic style, the main house offers a spacious living - dining room with air-conditioning ,and exit and views to the garden. Here, you can relax while watching the satellite TV or a DVD film, listening to some music or simply reading a book while feeling the warmth of the fireplace in the coldest days. The independent kitchen features a gas top, electric oven and all needed utensils to cook comfortably. There are two bedrooms that invite to rest, both with two twin beds, wardrobe, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a tub. We can also prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

The annexed little house, with a particular design, offers a spacious space with a sofa, a TV set, air-conditioning, a fireplace, a little table with two chairs and a rustic loft with a double bed and a shower bathroom. This will perfect for couples of friends or families who wish certain independence. Finally, you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board outside.

The location of the house, in the centre of the island, is perfect as it has easy access to any point. Inca is only 12 km away and it offers a wide variety of shops and restaurants serving fresh fish, high quality meat, pizza, pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus or traditional Mallorcan cuisine. Every Thursday, a large market is held around Inca’s main streets, which become a bustling place. Just a 20-minute drive away, you will reach some fantastic beaches such as Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia, Platja de Formentor and Port de Pollença of white sand and crystalline water.

Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
