Description
This historical building has a pleasantly warm air through the massive stonework in the summer.
The spacious house with oak beams was carefully renovated, furnished with graphics and original owner of the house.
On the ground floor there is a gallery with a cozy seating area, the wonderfully suited to stay in the hot midday hours.
In the two floors above the kitchen with Gasceranfeld, electric oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher is equipped. a cozy dining area adjoins the kitchen. Following is another small room with a sitting area. The well-equipped 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms spread over two floors. The upper bedroom also has a cot.
The living room has a cozy sitting area for listening to music, reading or watching TV with a big screen equipped. Via satellite are diverse switched in -and- foreign programs.
To read is numerous literature available as well as books about the area.
From the living room leads to the roof terrace. In lower covered area is a
Dining area and a solarium with sun. From the upper terrace one has a fantastic panoramic view to Verdongebirge. Comfortable seating and deck chairs invite you to relax.

Location and surroundings of object
From the historic center, in which the house stands, you can walk in a minute in the center at the bakery. Bar, restaurant, tourist office, hairdresser and small grocery store are nearby.
The village of Régusse with its historic mills, its nature and the forests that extend to the Verdon has to offer everything that makes a holiday for families and leisure seekers worth experiencing.
The Sunday market with its wide range, bowling and playgrounds, skateboard ramp, tennis court and cultural events are all within walking distance in 2 minutes. On the outskirts is a well stocked supermarket.
The swimming pool can be reached in the summer months in a walking distance ..... as well as the post office and ATM.
Monitored Video parking nearby. There also the local people from their vehicles.

The surrounding area of Régusse, known for its clean air by the location on a high plateau is typical Provençal, surrounded by olive groves and vine fields.
In 15 minutes' drive are the lakes for swimming, surfing and the Verdon to the canoe - and kayaking.
By cork oaks and boxwood forests we are in a short time at the three Verdonseen with very clean water. Motorboats are prohibited because the lakes are used as drinking water reservoir for the wide surroundings to the coast.
The Lac de Ste. Croix bordering the Valensole plateau with its largest contiguous acreage lavender presenting in June / July a breathtaking blauilila spectacle.
When Produkteur can goat cheese, oils, lavender products, saffron, truffles, Kund Crafts and buy in Villecroze even acclaimed wines.
Featured destinations include the Gorges du Verdon, caves, waterfalls, streams and interesting markets for domestic products.

Simply dreamlike!
We have just been guests for the second time in this fantastically beautiful, lovingly restored and furnished cottage. Not only us parents, but also our children (6-16 years) love it
The special charm comes from the open wooden beams, the roof terrace, the lovely furniture, the low doors, the owner's gallery in the vaults on the ground floor... We had the opportunity to meet Mrs Lebong personally during our last holiday here. No wonder this house is so likeable!
Cafés, good little restaurants, a grocery shop and a boulongerie just around the corner, a large supermarket on the edge of the village let you enjoy life right in the village. Two beautiful lakes (swimming, surfing, hiking, pedal boats, canoes...) and numerous pretty villages in the surrounding area provide variety. Day trips to Aix en Provence, Marseille, Cannes, Nice and Saint Tropez are also possible.

Relaxing days in a tasteful ambience
We spent very relaxing days in this holiday home and felt completely at home!
We thoroughly enjoyed:
- the lovingly and aesthetically harmonious furnishings down to the last detail
- the wonderful gallery and all the beautiful pictures
- the very tasteful ambience
- the roof terrace with the plants, the swallows and the comfortable loungers.
It could not have been better!

I have discovered the medieval house in 1999 by chance, renovated with respect and attempts to technical innovations and modern design with the old stone house in harmony. Meanwhile the historic district of Régusse is almost completely restored. All year now people live there. The place has a good infrastructure. I am engaged as an artist in the Verdonkünstlergruppe. We are going to revive the center artistically. In June, for the second time an exhibition in my studio gallery in the basement instead. The church will open a gallery this year. I would like to encourage, the house, the location and nature to discover Régusse ....
