Description
The beautiful cosy holiday home in wooden block construction is located almost directly on the Achterwasser (approx. 200m) in the seaside resort of Zempin on the island of Usedom.
The total living space is approx. 50 m², distributed over 2 floors and offers space for a total of 5 people
Ground floor:
- spacious and cosy living / dining area equipped with:
large pull-out sofa bed (sleeping place for the 5th person), TV, radio with CD player, dining area, as well as
a kitchenette with: 2 hot plates, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave,
Kettle, coffee maker and toaster
- 1 friendly bathroom with round shower, WC and washbasin
The upper floor
- a space-saving staircase leads directly from the living area to the upper floor
Upper floor. Here you will find 2 bedrooms (the first with a double bed,
the second with 2 single beds)
The adjoining terrace with seating, barbecue and parasol invites you to linger outside. A car parking space is located (free of charge) directly at the house. The house can be heated via underfloor heating on the ground floor and via radiators on the upper floor.

The holiday home is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Zempin on the island of Usedom. Zempin is located in the middle of the island and is an ideal starting point for exploring the island.

Super schöner Urlaub mit der Familie
Wir haben nun schon den zweiten Sommerurlaub in den Insel-Hütten verbracht. Es ist Entspannung und Erholung pur. Die Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll und nicht so überlaufen wie in anderen Orten auf Usedom. Trotzdem ist in der Nähe alles vorhanden (Einkaufsmöglichkeit, mehrere Restaurants, Bäcker, Kaffee und Büdchen mit leckerem Fisch). Insel-Hütten in Zempin, wir sehen uns im nächsten Sommer wieder.
