Our modern and high-quality furnished flat is located in the basement of the house.

It is in a very quiet location with direct access to our large garden and also has a separate entrance

A private car parking space also belongs to the flat and is located directly at the house.

For relaxation, our guests can enjoy a quiet seating area by the beautiful garden pond in front of the flat door
