The Holiday home

This amazing house is set in front of the sea and counts with several terraces to enjoy mediterranean life. When entering the house, a furnished porch with sun loungers is a nice place for a barbecue with friends and family.

The porch gives access to a living room. Besides, there is a shower bath and two bedrooms, one with double bed and bath en-suite with bathtub and another with two twin beds.

A staircase gives access to the first floor where you'll find a beautiful terrace with sun loungers. Spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun and enjoy great al fresco dining accompanied by the sound of the waves. The bright living area with dining table for eight people has a TV with satellite channels. If you fancy cooking at home, you can try new recipes in the kitchen with vitro stove, oven and some cooking utensils. You can choose between two double bedrooms with closet, one offering a bathroom en-suite with bathtub. Additionally, there’s a shower bath.

A terrace with two loungers, overlooking the sea and the harbor, is on the second floor. Mind that the kitchen on that floor is not furnished. The bedroom on that floor comes with a double bed and wardrobe. Besides, the floor comprises a shower bath.

A cot and a high chair are available on request. There’s one air conditioning unit in the living area. From the 6th guest there’s a charge per person and night.

This house is located in a privileged environment due to it being in the sea front and a few meters from the best beaches in the area and even the island, which reach the beach of Es Trenc. This area is very quiet but at the same time, in Sa Rapita, you have access to everything you might need during your stay at the property. The town of Campos is only 10km away, and there you can enjoy a small market on Thursdays and a large market every Saturday.
