The Holiday home

The exteriors of the villa are fantastic: on the 1900 m2 square meter site of the property you will find lots of plants and trees, including fruit trees. Step outside and enjoy the Majorcan sun on one of the terraces or furnished porches. Why not have a BBQ dinner under the stars? The 6 x 14 m pool is the particular gem of the villa. Do some lengths or just relax on one of the sun loungers next to the pool.

All rooms are on the first floor as the ground floor is closed and inhabited. The villa has a tastefully decorated living room: the elegant furnishing and equipment will leave nothing to be desired. It is a perfect place where you can relax on the comfy sofas, read a good book, watch satellite TV or surf the internet. The kitchen is completely equipped. You will find all the utensils you may need in order to cook your favorite meals while you enjoy the view of the garden. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, all with garden view. There are two bedrooms with double bed and 2 with twin beds. Furthermore, one of the rooms with double bed has an en-suite bathroom, too. Every bedroom has enough space for a crib. There is another bathroom with bath tub. In winter, the central heating and the 2 fire places generate a warm and cozy atmosphere. In summer you just have to open the windows and let in the crisp sea breeze. Additionally, there are 4 fans that can be used as needed.

Cala Millor is a nice residential area in the east of Majorca with a huge variety of beaches and small “calas” (coves). Cala Millor is only 700 m away from the house. The town of Son Servera is 5 km away and has many traditional restaurants. You will like to see Artà and Capdepera, two villages with a warm and welcoming medieval flair. In Porto Cristo you will find the Coves del Drach, a “must” when you visit this area of Mallorca. If you like golf, tennis or paddle, you are lucky! In a ratio of 15 km you will find up to 5 golf courses (Golf Son Servera, Pula Golf Club, Golf Canyamel, Golf Capdepera und Rotana Golf) as well as a paddle and tennis club. If you prefer to ride a bicycle you can do some lovely trips to Artà chapel or the lighthouse in Cala Ratjada.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
