The Holiday home
The exterior area is fantastic since it has a lovely and well-cared garden with private pool and lawn, one porch and up to 3 terraces where you can spend a nice evening. The porch is perfect to enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast feeling the fresh breeze in the morning. The terrace of the main floor offers a barbecue as well as a table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy the dinner alfresco together with a great Spanish wine. The chlorine pool sizes 7 x 4 metres and the water depth goes from 0.9 to 1.8 metres. Finally, you will find 10 sunbeds around the house in order to sunbathe and also an exterior shower.
The accommodation comprises 3 floors of spacious and comfortable rooms. From the street, you enter the top floor where you will find the luminous living room -with two comfortable sofas, Sat-TV, and DVD and CD players- open to the dining area where there are a table and chairs for 10 people. The kitchen, in a beautiful white colour, features a ceramic top, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and space to enjoy an appetiser while you cook. There also are three bedrooms with two twin beds each, closet and AC. One of them has access to a furnished terrace with garden views and the other two -one with an en-suite shower bathroom- have direct access to the porch. Another bathroom with a tub completes the floor. The stairs lead to the inferior level where there is a 4th bedroom with a trundle bed, closet, fan and a shower bathroom. The bedroom beneath is only prepared in case we have 8 guests. The bottom floor is for the garage. Of course, the house offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, there is oil central heating for the winter season.
The location of the accommodation is especially nice. Alcanada is a very quiet area and is mostly inhabited by locals. In addition, many luxurious villas line the streets of the urbanisation. At the end of Alcanada is a quiet, natural beach. Directly opposite a small island with a lighthouse protrudes from the water, where you can even swim. Also near the beach is the golf course of Alcanada, one of the best golf courses on the island. The 18-hole golf course has all the accessories and extras you need. A small supermarket and a few good restaurants complete the overall picture of Alcanada.
A few minute-drive will take you to Port d’Alcúdia, with many restaurants, supermarkets, shops and leisure facilities of all kinds. Stroll along the promenade of Port d’Alcúdia or have a good homemade ice cream. In the area there are many beaches and coves, most of which are natural areas, unspoilt or little urbanised. The most important are Cala de Sant Pere, Platja des Morer Vermell, Platja de La Victòria, Es Coll Baix, etc.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
