The Holiday home

You will find a true paradise in the outside, a combination of freshness, great views, privacy and little luxuries like having breakfast or lunch with your loved ones under the porch, while you watch TV; taking a cocktail while sunbathing on one of the 12 sunbeds; or reading a book under the huge sunshades. The salted pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth goes from 1 to 2.5 metres, surrounded by beautiful tiles, perfect for the little ones to play and run. By the pool you will find three showers and a great exterior kitchen fully equipped with an induction top, dishwasher, fridge, wood oven, barbecue and even two griddles, one for meats and the other for fish!

The interior of the house, decorated in a rustic quite stylish way, is very cosy, and it has two floors. When you enter the ground floor you find an air-conditioned shared area with a fireplace, very similar to an idyllic rural restaurant, with a modern kitchen with an induction top and industrial household appliances, and a dining area with several tables. There is a furnished room from which we access the main living room which offers satellite TV, DVD and CD players and wood stove / oven. There are 6 bedrooms in total, five of them with air-conditioning, and 5 shower bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, the three of the with two twin beds, and 3 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is for the communal use of the ground floor, another is an en-suite bathroom and other has two showers and access from the outside. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two twin beds. One also has an en-suite bathroom. Another bathroom completes this floor. There are two cots and two high chairs for babies. The laundry is equipped with an iron, an ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer and it is located by the covered parking area.

The villa is located in Sant Joan, a village where you can come to know the easy and quiet life of locals. The tradition in these villages is to get up in the morning, go to the bakery to buy the breakfast or go to the local bars to have breakfast. The environment is a rural area, a mixture of olive and Mediterranean trees with crops of the Pla de Mallorca area, perfect for excursions, for instance, to Puig de Sant Nofre, the Santuario de la Consolació or the Santuario de Cura with impressive views. If you feel like going shopping, Manacor is only 20 minutes drive from the house,as well as the beaches of on Serra de Marina or Portocristo.

There is exterior covered parking for 6 cars.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
