The sunny and Mediterranean-style apartment offers spacious rooms and great comfort on 100m². After the entrance area you find the spacious and sunny living room, with direct access to the terrace. Here you comfortably overlook the beach and the sea, take your meals or have a nice Siesta on the big canapee. There are two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The separated kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
The apartment is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine, 4 ring stove, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, hair dryer, sun beds, cot and highchair. In addition, there is also a central heating, ideal for rentals in the preseason.
The cozy apartment is the perfect base for a vacation next to the sea.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in Delta Muga sector, in front of the wide sandy beach of Empuriabrava. Just 10 minutes from the Rambla with many shops, bars and restaurants. You have a wonderful view of the sea, the beach, the river Muga and the adjacent nature reserve. Empuriabrava is situated on the Costa Brava - the "wild coast", at the foot of the Pyrenees, in the Bay of Roses.
Empuriabrava has the largest marina in Europe, with about 30 km navigable waterways (channels), which give the town its typical note.
You will can find beautiful residential areas, the main shopping street (Rambla) ideal for shopping, supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, cafes, discos, restaurants and sporting activities.
The approximately 2 km long and wide sandy beach, clean sea and the surrounding picturesque bays invite you to swim and relax. Relax and fun for young and old are inevitable here.
Empuriabrava has also a sport airport, where you can try parachuting and paragliding.
The recently opened wind tunnel is ideal for indoor flying. An unforgettable experience for everyone. Also they do have since last summer an artificial surf Track - fun for all ages!
The place is the starting point for many sporting activities such as diving, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, tennis, skydiving, go-karting, golf, mini golf, car and motorbike tours.
Children have fun in the butterfly park or the Aqua Park in Roses. Oryou can make a canal tour with electric boats (hire without a license) and see channels and houses of Empuriabrava.
For dog owners, there is a dog beach nearby.

Top location
We were there with 4 adults and a dog. The location and the view are fantastic. In the high season, however, it is borderline without air conditioning. It is possible to make a draught and at night you can use the ceiling fans. Nevertheless, air conditioning would be better. Otherwise, you have everything you need. I liked the bathroom with window. The garage was a few minutes walk away, which we didn't find too bad, but it should be noted that it won't fit higher cars (e.g. a VW bus or similar) because of the height. We have an estate car and had to remove the roof box. However, you can also store bought drinks there. All in all, it was a very nice holiday and Mrs Meisel looked after us very well.

Super Urlaub
Hallo,
der Urlaub war einfach super. Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig geschnitten war besser ausgestattet als vermutet und direkt gegenüber das Mittelmeer und an der Seite der Fluss Muga was will man mehr. Eine Garage war auch dabei, Auto war nicht überhitzt oder verstaubt wie viele andere und stand sicher ist auch ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Frau Meisel die die Wohnung verwaltet auch super nett und hilfsbereit jederzeit wieder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen . Baguette konnte man direkt unten vorm Haus im Restaurant ab 8 00 Uhr zu normalen Preisen kaufen. Abends konnte man immer schön am Strand spazieren oder durch die große Einkaufsstraße gehen .Die Preise für Essen im Restaurant waren auch normal nicht wie in Süd Frankreich völlig überteuert.
Alles in allen ein super Urlaub werden wir für das nächste Jahr auch wieder anpeilen.
