We strive to provide you with a great vacation experience, while simultaneously protecting the environment. That's why we have consistently invested in this area in recent years (electricity from a photovoltaic system, charging station for electric cars with free charging electricity, free e-bikes, recirculating heat pump for pool heating, waste separation, etc.)! In the garden, there is a wooden pool with a sea view and with an energy-saving and ecological supplemental heater (air source heat pump) for private use, a hot tub / hot tub, and sun loungers ready for you. Due to the supplemental heater and a solar cover, the pool can be used from May to October! The outdoor kitchen with a 3-burner gas stove, refrigerator, sink, and gas and charcoal grill offers you the opportunity for a cozy BBQ.

The apartment is located on the outskirts Fuškulin, in a beautiful landscape, and offers pure relaxation.
It is an ideal starting point for bicycle tours, sports and leisure activities as well as visits of cultural beauties of Istria. Fuškulin is a village near Poreč, the most popular resort of the Istrian region.
It offers a mini market for everyday errands and the tasting of the winemaker "Damjanic" with its typical wines of the region are an experience. The restaurant "Mica Konoba" will spoil you with delicious food and the coveted terrace with sea views. Also, there is a children's playground and a volleyball court 500 meters distant.

Like a second home
We spent 12 days in this holiday home with a small child and a dog. For us, it felt like a second home. You felt comfortable right away and could relax.
The air conditioning and washing machine made the vacation, especially with a one-year-old baby, much easier!
The landlord, the housekeeper, and the neighbors are all very, very nice people!
With the car, you can get everywhere immediately!
Personally, I would have liked a few basic spices in the amenities. A few things in the house and garden needed to be repaired or replaced, but it wasn't bad and didn't negatively affect us. :-)
All in all, we have already recommended this accommodation very highly and would love to come back!

Feeling good all round
We were able to spend a beautiful, relaxing time in this lovely holiday home.
All contacts, starting from the booking to the support on-site, were very uncomplicated and friendly.
The holiday home is super equipped with everything you need. Everything is explained in detailed information folders and very thoughtfully designed.
By car, you can quickly reach Porec, where you can find all shopping options. Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity, there are also many excursion destinations to allow for some beautiful experiences (Dinopark, stalactite cave, Rovinj, Porec, Limski Kanal, etc.).
We can only recommend Mr. Luger and the holiday home (+ the on-site team) and hope that it was not our last vacation here.

Very beautiful accommodation
We really enjoyed it. My wife was there with a rollator walker and we managed well despite the steps. The entrance to the garage is also suitable for a van with a height of over 2.10m.
There could have been a bit more dishes and cutlery if the dishwasher is only used in the green zone. Shot glasses would also have been nice. All in all, we felt well taken care of and the e-bikes made us very flexible. Thank you for the nice time.

A great vacation with a dog in the Amidala house
We were completely undisturbed in the well-equipped and spotlessly clean beautiful house with pool. Even our young dog felt at home from the beginning. There were even bowls and a dog blanket available :-)
Someone was always reachable during our stay as well. The handover at the beginning and end of the vacation was quick and problem-free.
Porec and numerous shopping options are quickly accessible. Rovinj is also easily reachable.
We can recommend the house without hesitation.

Top family holiday
We stayed with our 3 children in July 2018. The holiday home is located in Fuskulin, a small village between Porec and Vsar and corresponds exactly to the information on the internet and it was very clean and really quiet. We especially liked the small but well-kept garden and the terrace, where we spent nice barbecue evenings. We got breakfast by bike (available in the house) in the small minimarket nearby.
The beaches are easy to reach by car, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The on-site support by Slavko was very obliging and informative. There is also a really comprehensive information folder in the house, where we found lots of good tips on shopping, beaches and places to eat etc. We had a great time. We have left Fuskulin top recovered and will certainly come back!

Well-equipped kitchen, even a cake server available.
Small playground in the village (within walking distance).
Also, the small shop in town provides for a "good breakfast".

nice location, although not directly on the sea, you can get there quickly by car, but also by bike. Everything clean and well equipped. Very well equipped kitchen-living room, TV etc.. Good beds, comfortable loungers for outside, even bicycles were available. I was there with two children and the aqua park nearby was a highlight. Borec is only a few km away and there is a lot to see... stroll....

The children and I liked it very much. We like to be outside, so we especially enjoyed using the summer kitchen. There is plenty of space to play in the garden. There is a small shop in the village that is very easy to reach on foot. There is also a pub and a recommendable wine grower. The beach is very easy to reach by car and bicycle.

Cozy accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is there, from a grill to a fireplace. The kitchen and entertainment are complete. Since the accommodation is located in a cozy village, a car is necessary. In the surrounding area, there is something for everyone: culture, leisure activities, and good food. Highly recommended.
