We try to guarantee you a great holiday experience, while at the same time protecting the environment. Therefore, we have consistently invested in this area in recent years (electricity from a photovoltaic system, charging station for e-cars with free solar charging power, free e-bikes, circulating air heat pump for pool heating, waste separation,...)!
The beautifully furnished, fully air-conditioned bungalow (air-conditioning in the living and all sleeping areas) has 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms with double beds, 1 small single room), an open kitchen, dining and living area with a comfortable ADA sofa bed for 1-2 people (lying surface 140*215 cm), a shower room and an additional guest toilet. It is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, ceramic hob, oven, filter coffee machine, coffee machine for Nespresso capsules, dishwasher, large fridge (360l), 30l freezer box/freezer, toaster, kettle, high chair for children and microwave. The house also has a TV-SAT system with a DVD player. Free and fast wifi and is available throughout the house , The bedrooms are equipped with a wall safe. A cot and a children's high chair are available.
Since the 2022 season, there is a photovoltaic system in the house for the environmentally friendly production of electricity. A charging station for your e-car (SMA EV Charger 7.4 KW) is also integrated into the system. The solar charging power is free of charge for my guests.
There are also 2 modern brand-name e-bikes available to guests free of charge. Only the deposit increases from 200€ to 500€ if they also want to use the two e-bikes during their stay. These are 2 modern mountain bikes (frame size M and L, for technical data please have a look at the pictures) with a powerful Bosch Performance Line CX motor Generation 3 with 75 Nm. With the 500 Wh PowerPack battery, you can take the e-bike on extended day trips on the well-marked cycle routes through the beautiful landscapes in the interior of Istria or along the coast. If your e-bike is stolen, it is annoying, but the bikes are insured. You are only obliged to report the theft immediately to the Croatian police and to send the confirmation to me.
In addition, a normal bicycle is available to you, of course also free of charge, for short errands, etc.
The large covered terrace with summer kitchen and garden furniture invites you to enjoy the quiet location. In the garden, a wooden pool with sea view and with an energy-saving and ecological additional heating (circulating air heat pump) for sole use and the sun loungers are ready for you. Due to the additional heating and a solar cover, the pool can be used from May to October! The outdoor kitchen with 2 flame gas cooker, sink and charcoal grill offers you the possibility for a cosy BBQ on the terrace. The heated wooden pool and the solar outdoor shower with privacy screen provide pleasant cooling even on hot days.
For cooler nights, a wood-burning stove with a viewing window spreads warmth and a romantic atmosphere. There is also infrared heating in the living area and underfloor heating in the bathroom. In addition, the bathroom is equipped with a powerful electric radiant heater (wall-mounted unit). This makes the Amidala house also ideal for staying during cooler nights in spring and autumn.
There are enough parking spaces directly in front of the house.
The house is suitable for 4 - 6 (7) persons, has a living space of approx. 85 sqm, a spacious terrace and a beautiful garden that invites you to relax.
If you arrive by car, you should avoid the weekdays Saturday and Sunday in the high season, due to the traffic situation. However, arrival is possible on all weekdays except Saturday. Arrival on Saturday is only possible by prior arrangement and the costs will increase by 50€.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
Arrival by plane.
If travelling by car is too tedious or takes too long and you want to avoid the possible traffic jams in the high season, you can also easily change to the plane! The airport in Pula (PUY) is only about 40 minutes away from the holiday home. The big low-cost airlines [Ryanair, EasyJet, Eurowings, ...) fly you inexpensively from many German and Austrian cities directly to Pula. There you can rent a car at a reasonable price and enjoy a great holiday in the holiday home AMIDALA and explore the beauties and culinary delights of Istria completely independently.

The apartment is located on the outskirts Fuškulin, in a beautiful landscape, and offers pure relaxation.
It is an ideal starting point for bicycle tours, sports and leisure activities as well as visits of cultural beauties of Istria. Fuškulin is a village near Poreč, the most popular resort of the Istrian region.
It offers a mini market for everyday errands and the tasting of the winemaker "Damjanic" with its typical wines of the region are an experience. The restaurant "Mica Konoba" will spoil you with delicious food and the coveted terrace with sea views. Also, there is a children's playground and a volleyball court 500 meters distant.

Very beautiful accommodation
We really enjoyed it. My wife was there with a rollator walker and we managed well despite the steps. The entrance to the garage is also suitable for a van with a height of over 2.10m.
There could have been a bit more dishes and cutlery if the dishwasher is only used in the green zone. Shot glasses would also have been nice. All in all, we felt well taken care of and the e-bikes made us very flexible. Thank you for the nice time.

A great vacation with a dog in the Amidala house
We were completely undisturbed in the well-equipped and spotlessly clean beautiful house with pool. Even our young dog felt at home from the beginning. There were even bowls and a dog blanket available :-)
Someone was always reachable during our stay as well. The handover at the beginning and end of the vacation was quick and problem-free.
Porec and numerous shopping options are quickly accessible. Rovinj is also easily reachable.
We can recommend the house without hesitation.

Top family holiday
We stayed with our 3 children in July 2018. The holiday home is located in Fuskulin, a small village between Porec and Vsar and corresponds exactly to the information on the internet and it was very clean and really quiet. We especially liked the small but well-kept garden and the terrace, where we spent nice barbecue evenings. We got breakfast by bike (available in the house) in the small minimarket nearby.
The beaches are easy to reach by car, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The on-site support by Slavko was very obliging and informative. There is also a really comprehensive information folder in the house, where we found lots of good tips on shopping, beaches and places to eat etc. We had a great time. We have left Fuskulin top recovered and will certainly come back!

nice location, although not directly on the sea, you can get there quickly by car, but also by bike. Everything clean and well equipped. Very well equipped kitchen-living room, TV etc.. Good beds, comfortable loungers for outside, even bicycles were available. I was there with two children and the aqua park nearby was a highlight. Borec is only a few km away and there is a lot to see... stroll....

The children and I liked it very much. We like to be outside, so we especially enjoyed using the summer kitchen. There is plenty of space to play in the garden. There is a small shop in the village that is very easy to reach on foot. There is also a pub and a recommendable wine grower. The beach is very easy to reach by car and bicycle.

Gemütlichhe Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Vom Griller bis zum Kamin ist alles da.
Küche und Unterhaltung sind komplett.
Da die Unterkunft in einem ggemülichen Dorf liegt ist ein Auto von nöten.
Im Umland gibt es für jeden was: Kultur, Freizeitspaß und gutes Essen
