Here you will find a modernly designed holiday flat furnished to a high standard, which meets the high demands of a relaxing holiday. It is located in a detached building nestled in a picturesque landscape of meadows and wooded areas. Your holiday home is located away from the centre of the village and is part of a small farmstead in Oberallgäu.
The holiday home covers a living area of 90 m² and is divided into two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a spacious bathroom and an open concept living and dining area with integrated kitchen. Renovated in 2015 and furnished barrier-free, you are welcomed into an elegant and modern interior with underfloor heating in all rooms. In each of the two bedrooms, you are offered a box-spring double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) surrounded by two bedside chests with reading lamps on both sides. Furthermore, there is always a spacious wardrobe to store your travel wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The living room invites you to relax after a day out with its spacious living area. The sofa is sufficiently large so that it is also suitable as a sleeping option for a fifth and sixth guest. Passing the dining table with six high-back chairs, you enter the open kitchen. This leaves nothing to be desired for your extensive self-catering and offers you a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, a four-zone induction hob, a microwave, as well as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. For communal entertainment in the evening, there is a large flat-screen TV with , DVD player, Playstation and TV USB connection. From the sofa, you can enjoy the great view over the terrace into the greenery through the large panoramic door. The bathroom has a ground-level shower with seat and rain shower, hand basin with wheelchair access, WC with grab bar, hairdryer and washing machine
In front of the house, the terrace with garden furniture invites you outside. It is surrounded by green meadows with a view of the forest and is an ideal place for a cosy barbecue. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer and the sun during your time out. A barbecue and garden furniture are of course available. You can park your car directly at the house on the property
In addition, the holiday property includes an outdoor games and recreation room. In the 45 sqm (heated) room, a table tennis table with balls and bats, a foosball table, a dartboard and a boxing bag offer sporting variety
In Buchenberg (approx. 3 km), a grocery shop, cafés and restaurants await your visit. A butcher and a cheese shop extend the offer. The surrounding area is ideal for summer or winter holidays with numerous leisure activities such as sailing, horse riding, tennis or winter sports (approx. 3 km). Day trips to Lindau on Lake Constance (60 km), to the Allgäu Alps near Oberstdorf (approx. 45 km), to the royal castles near Füssen (approx. 50 km) and to the state capital Munich (approx. 130 km) are also possible.

Location and surroundings of object
Our former farm is located just outside Buchenberg, in a quiet, green setting on a hill with a fantastic view of the mountains, the Zugspitze and the countryside - and is an excellent place to spend a few days resting and experiencing the beautiful Allgäu at first hand. Buchenberg itself lies between meadows and forests, surrounded at an altitude of approx. 850 m in the pre-Alpine hill and moorland on the south-western edge of the Kempten Iller basin.
Ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, indoor and outdoor swimming fun. Golfing in the direct vicinity: Wiggensbach Golf Club - Germany's highest tee, horse riding: practically everything in the immediate vicinity
In winter: Many cross-country ski trails, ski lifts on site, short drive to challenging ski areas.

The accommodation was great! It is really well equipped and clean
The service was also great, but it's a shame when you want to take care of things and then don't. Especially when you don't even get any feedback. Especially when you don't even get any feedback. Now, it was "only" about the TV, which, thank God, you don't need on holiday. But otherwise it was really excellent

Super!!: Super!!
The vacation rental was simply great!! Clean!!! Lots of comfort, great location, small initial difficulties with the heating were solved directly by the landlord!! We will definitely come back, either to this apartment or also gladly to the Panorama apartment.
