We offer two cosy and attractively furnished holiday flats for your stay in Cologne and the surrounding area.
Holiday flat 'Max' (pictures 1 - 13):
Living room: Real leather corner sofa by Himolla, coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV, sideboard, glass cabinet, CD player + radio.
Bedroom: 1 double bed,
1 single bed, large wardrobe with mirror, rattan armchair, 2nd TV set
1 additional double bed if required in the large living room,
(can be optically separated by curtain)
Kitchen: Ceramic hob, oven, fridge with 3* freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster,
Filter coffee machine or K'fee capsule machine of your choice, kettle, mixer, egg boiler and of course all necessary crockery, cutlery, pots and pans

large cosy corner bench dining table for up to 6 people.
Bathroom + WC are separate and have shower, WC, 2 washbasins, mirror, cupboard, glass shelf,

another single bed is available in the living room (a real bed, not a sofa bed),
Wardrobe, large mirror, leather stool, 2nd TV set.
built-in kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge with 3* freezer, dishwasher, microwave/oven combination, toaster, coffee machine and coffee pad machine, kettle, stirrer, wok and of course all the necessary crockery, pots and pans
large dining table with upholstered chairs for 4 people
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror, WC, glass shelf, hairdryer, many towel holders, make-up mirror
A washing machine + dryer can also be used.

The holiday flat 'Sina' has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association for occupancy with up to 2 persons.
When occupied by 3 or 4 persons, the living room is also used as a bedroom, in which case the 4 stars no longer apply - although the furnishings remain the same!

Location and surroundings of object
Centrally located on the outskirts of the city, Cologne city centre can be reached in 15 - 20 minutes by car, depending on the time of day, which is longer from some inner-city locations! :-))
Good transport links to the city centre by tram, bus or S-Bahn, there are several different options by public transport.
Nevertheless, you live here very quietly in a purely family residential street with single-family houses.
Very "green" location, you look out to the front as well as to the back "into the green"! Quiet but central location on the outskirts of town, all shopping facilities for daily needs are within walking distance (bakery, Edeka, Aldi, Netto, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctors, Sparkasse and Raifeisenbank, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlour, Irish pub, corner pub, bookshop, shoe shop, clothes shop, photo shop, Catholic and Protestant churches, Friday market, ........... have we forgotten anything? Then ask us - we will be happy to help.

Beautiful flat, great location, nice family!
We had a wonderful time here
The area has a lot to offer in terms of culture, landscape, sports and culinary delights - there is a lot to see and we received tips from the Schulte family in advance.
We really liked the tour of the castles in Brühl - a World Heritage Site and definitely worth seeing. The boat tour on the Rhine to the Moselle was also great
The holiday flat is very nice, very well equipped with lots of little details and has a great location
I could also start jogging from there every morning directly from the front door and was already in the forest after a few steps. We went on many very nice hikes in the Bergisches Land, for which we also received maps and directions from the Schulte family.
And the city centre of Cologne is only about 20 minutes away - we took the tram because the traffic in Cologne itself was just too much for us.
These nice hosts have given us a successful, great holiday, thank you very much for that. We will be happy to come back, there is still a lot to discover.

very neat, beautiful flat
Because we don't have internet ourselves, it took us a little longer to finally be able to give a review, but we are happy to do so:
We had to move into a holiday flat for a few weeks because our own flat had become uninhabitable due to water damage.
With this very neat and clean holiday flat we had found a very nice solution, we felt very, very comfortable here.
The flat is beautifully located in a nice residential area, yet all shops are within walking distance, which was important for us seniors.
The flat is on the ground floor, there are only 3 steps at the entrance, which was good for us.
The landlords are very, very nice and supported us in everything.
So we can only say:

What can we say?: This is exactly how we imagine a perfect holiday flat!
- lovingly furnished, very neat and cosy
- equipped with many little things that make life easier
- many hints/brochures are available, you can find lots of ideas for excursions
- entertainment on bad weather days is provided (books, games, card games, colouring books, children's craft books etc.)
- beautiful terrace with brand new garden furniture, wonderfully quiet location, directly at the edge of the forest
- and last but not least very nice landlords!
If I were to holiday in this area again, this flat would be my first choice.

Perfect
very quiet and nice residential area,
nice landlords,
good, comfortable beds,
nice balcony (my smoker's domicile...)
everything there what you need,
very nice furnishings,
well kept and very, very clean,
short drive to my workplace (Cologne-Deutz, approx. 15 - 20 minutes depending on traffic).
We will definitely come back again!
