The Holiday flat
Lovingly furnished house, suitable for families with children, for wheelchair users and disabled people. The House has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is with an electric nursing bed ( x ) equipped. The bathroom on the upper floor has a level shower, shower seat with armrests and a raised toilet with grab bar. The Washing machine is located in the lower bathroom. An elevator connects all floors to the Garage / Garden.
The living room has satellite TV, stereo, DVD and The cosy kitchen is fully equipped. Throughout the House, there's A/C and central heating; two of the bedrooms with fans. Most rooms have a private balcony / terrace, on the top floor with sea view and furniture. Unlimited use of the Internet is free of charge. Fly screens throughout the House.
The garden offers total privacy, green, shady places, a 9x4m pool, BBQ, shower with hot water / shower seating, table tennis. Garage and carport can be used.
Beach Chair and 2 bikes available free of charge.

The House is situated in Kambani - Akrotiri. The airport is 5 km away, it is 9 km to CHANIA. Within walking distance, 100-200 a mini market, bus station and the kaffeneion. The nearest larger town is km away. There you will find everything for the daily well-being (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, doctors,...)
Strong downhill about km to the sandy beach of Kalathas.
Ideal starting point for trips to the monasteries in the area or to the many beaches of Akrotiri. Even trips to the West Coast and a part of the South coast are highly recommended. The House is situated in Kambani - on the Akrotiri peninsula. The area is non touristic and thus retains its original charm.
The village Kambani is a typical Greek village, inviting you to beautiful a Greek coffee or a glass of wine with a small snack under pine trees in the village kafeneion. In the mini market, you will find everything you need for the first few bus stop is located nearby, connections offered up to 12 times a day to Chania ,about 15 minutes drive. To the sandy beach of Kalathas it is about km downhill, a passing through the small beautiful gorge of Kalathas. The beach with very fine white sand is sheltered and shallow, thus safe for everyone and ideal for children.
