Villa Valmonida is located in the heart of Istria next to the picturesque old town of Zminj, in a small village. If you are interested in a holiday with sports activities and sightseeing and the sun, this is just the place for you! The villa has a fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker), as well as a living room with the dining room. The living room is equipped with TV, satellite, DVD. On the upper floor are four bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms with shower and a washing machine. Outside is a pool with garden furniture and a fenced garden with barbecue. The villa is linen, towels, kitchenware and free Wi-Fi are also available. A safe and a sauna as well as a children's playground and sports equipment for badminton are also available. There are parking spaces for up to 4 vehicles in front of the house. Villa Valmonida is suitable for active families or couples.

Location and surroundings of object
If all the roads in Europe lead to Rome, all the roads of Istria would lead to Žminj, the center of the peninsula of Croatia. There are remains of an old castle with four circular towers and a fortress from the 15th century. Villa Zminj is located near the center, with a large baroque church.
