This well-maintained 2-family house "Villa Martina" is located in an idyllic and sunny position in a quiet residential area of ​​the resort of Porto San Paolo, only about 1 km from the sea and from the beautiful white sand beach. On the ground floor there is the available for holiday rental about 70 m² large 3-bedroom corner apartment "Appartamento Martina", which was renovated in 2014 and tastefully refurnished. The apartment on the top floor is one of the owners, this is, however, used only sporadically during the year. Modern comforts such as a washing machine and wireless Internet access (free data per month: a total of 5 GB), round off the comfortable facilities of this property and can pay during your stay to be desired. In the colder months there is in addition to the conventional central heating (available from late October to late April) a beautiful open fireplace in the living / dining room available, which creates a cozy atmosphere. Highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the most beautiful, about 200 m² large, enclosed sun terrace with large sunshade and comfortable wooden furniture, to linger, hearty, meal together or simply invites just to relax. Of particular note is the fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the impressive Tavolara Island group itself to you from the terrace. The colors of the azure sky and the deep blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the seemingly merge seamlessly, let rise almost Caribbean flair. And getting up early is worth it! Because of the sunrise over the striking main island that resembles a lying in the water turtle is unique! You can park your car inside the closed off property. From the apartment you can reach in just 5 minutes the center of the former fishing village "Porto San Paolo", which serves a wide variety of ice cream parlors, bars and several shops for daily needs. Especially the numerous pizzerias and restaurants offering local specialties and fresh fish from the Gulf of Olbia, give rise Sardinian life. You will find several beautiful white sand beaches are equal to within 5 to 10 minutes in the nearby area. For the golfers amongst you the approximately 15-minute drive away "Puntaldìa Golf Club" is an absolute "must". The varied 9-hole course, located directly on the water, attracts with breathtaking views of the sea and the Tavolara archipelago and can therefore be called a real gem. The small village of "Porto San Paolo" (approximately 3,300 inhabitants) is idyllically situated in the beautiful Gulf of Olbia on the southern slopes of the world famous Costa Smeralda. Here, on the wild, romantic and rocky northern coast of Sardinia, attract superb scenery, white sandy beaches and crystal clear, turquoise sea Peace seekers and nature lovers. The former fishing village "Porto San Paolo" is in this case only about 20 km away from the provincial capital Olbia. Because of this convenient location, you can set off from here to varied excursions and so explore northern Sardinia with its unique landscape and varied history in a very personal way. Evidence of its past can be admired even today around the Gulf of Olbia yet in numerous archaeological finds. The area was not only inhabited by the Etruscans, but also by pirates, the kings of Carthage and of course dominated the Roman Emperors. It is worth noting in particular the excavation site Su Monte de s'Ape, a well-preserved cult plant of the Bronze Age bonnanaro culture, which houses one of the largest and most imposing Giants' Tombs of the entire island. The archipelago consists of about 15 smaller islands that may not be accessed mostly, as well as the distinctive main island Tavolara. The wild and rocky islands are home to a variety of fauna and offer rare and endangered bird and reptile species protection, some of which are found only on these islands.
