Description
Casa Dora has 2 floors.
On the ground floor is an entrance area with storage room, kitchen and dining room with an internal spiral staircase to the first floor.
There is also a shower room with WC, which will be renovated in 2019, and a small fitness room with sauna and whirlpool
Whirlpool. (One sauna use per week free of charge)
On the newly renovated first floor is the living area, as well as 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, bathtub with WC and bidet.
For persons 7 and 8 there is the new sofa which can be converted into a bed (alternatively folding extra beds).
There is access to the balcony from the living room and the terrace.
There is a spacious outdoor area with 6 new sunbeds in the sunbathing area and a barbecue area with a round stone table
as well as a large private pool only for the respective tenants.
Depending on the time of day and season, there is both shade and sun at various points on the property.
Two sunshades are available for additional shade.

Location and surroundings of object
Casa Dora is a settlement belonging to Lloret de Mar (Lloret verd), about 4 km from the centre.
The settlement is situated on the mountain, is very green and consists of only about 65 houses and lies directly next to a large forest area with numerous hiking trails.
Therefore, it is very quiet and relaxing there.
Lloret de Mar is a town with numerous shopping facilities (also German supermarkets) with a wide range of offers and a very lively nightlife.
Of course, there is a wide range of restaurants with Spanish and international cuisine.
Lloret itself has a long sandy beach. There are also other small, partly idyllic bathing bays.
"Waterworld" is a large water park and particularly popular with children.
Landing stages for boats to other bathing bays and to Tossa de Mar or Blanes offer the possibility of boat trips.

Pure relaxation
We spent a beautiful vacation here for three weeks in May 2023. The house is excellently equipped and there was nothing missing. The support from Sabine Schober and her team was very good. We will book the house again next year.

Family Holiday in Spain
We spent our holiday 2022 here. The facilities were great incl. bathroom - cleanliness - pool etc.. -> Thanks to Claus (great tips where to eat, he was always there if you wanted to know something and cleaned the pool regularly)
Our children (5&8) were very happy and especially the pool was a big hit.
We received a very warm welcome and Claus immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable
Thank you very much for everything. We will 100% come again.

Summer holiday 2022
We spent our holiday 2022 in this house. The facilities were super incl. bathroom - cleanliness - pool etc.. We had nothing to complain about. Our children (3&6) felt very comfortable and especially the pool was absolutely great for them. We were very warmly welcomed and Claus immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. The way to the beach St. Cristina was about 10 min and perfect for the kids. There are plenty of shopping facilities, all within 5-10 minutes by car. All around a super holiday and a really great time. Thank you very much for that. 100% recommendable

Gute Verweilzeit
Geräumiges Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche, in der das Kochen Spaß macht.
Der lokale Vertreter des Vermieters war allzeit und schnell verfügbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten.
Für die, die gerne wandern: Direkt hinter Casa Dora geht es auf hübschen Wegen in das bergige und das mit Pinien und Steineichen bewaldete Hinterland von Lloret de Mar mit herrlichen Blicken über die Küste.
Obwohl in ruhiger Lage, ist man schnell im Ort zum Einkaufen, oder an den Stränden.
Alles in Allem lädt das Haus, durchaus auch im Winter - dank Heizung und Kamin - auch für längere Verweilzeit ein.

Had a very nice stay
The house is in a very nice location, a bit out of town but you can get to the city very quickly by car. The children loved the diving board at the pool and we adults loved the sauna and the whirlpool. A big thank you to Mr Gebauer and his wife who were very welcoming. The house is clean and there was everything you need, from rubbish bags to coffee filters. We even got little souvenir tags for the children as a farewell gift. We will be happy to come back.

Erholung und Privatsphäre ist garantiert!
Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall nur weiterempfehlen! Wer Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig!
An Ausstattung in der Küche und allgemein im Haus haben wir nichts vermisst.
Die wunderbare Betreuung durch Claus vor Ort ist besonders hervorzuheben! Ebenso ein großes Dankeschön auch an den Hausbesitzer für sein Engagement und das Entgegenkommen in Sachen Bezahlung und Ankunftszeit!
Falls wir nochmal nach Lloret de Mar kommen sollten, dann gerne wieder in dieses Ferienhaus!

Tolles Haus
Sehr zu empfehlen !Sind mit fünf Personen angereist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Betreuung durch Claus der sich super um unser Wohlergehen kümmerte. Er war immer erreichbar und auch bei Fragen der Freizeitgestaltung sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist in einem Top Zustand mit einer hervorragenden Einrichtung, es fehlt an nichts, daher konnten wir unseren Urlaub vom ersten Tag an voll genießen.

Ferienhaus zum wohlfühlen
Waren nach längere Zeit das 2. mal in Casa Dora, und waren sehr erfreut was sich in der Zwischenzeit alles zum positiven verändert hat. Es ist einfach alles im Haus vorhanden was das Herz begehrt.

Schönes Ferienhaus für einen gelungenen Urlaub
Schon zum 2.Mal waren wir im Casa Dora ...und wir fühlen uns absolut wohl dort. Es ist sogar noch komfortabler geworden ,da durch den Besitzerwechsel viele Verbesserungen am und im Haus stattgefunden haben (z.B .neues Bad unten,neue Anstriche und neue Schlafzimmermöbel in einem Raum).Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Service von Betreuer Claus Gebauer und Ehefrau ,die immer zur Stelle waren,wenn wir Fragen und Wünsche hatten.Die Lage ist ideal,da es ruhig liegt und man herrlich entspannen kann ,aber man auch schnelle Anbindung hat zu Supermärkten und auch zur Stadt ,sowie zu naheliegenden Buchten und Stränden.Alles da für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub.

Sehr zu empfehlen !Sind mit vier Kindern angereist sehr gute Betreuung durch unseren lieben Claus der sehr kinderfreundlich ist und sich für das Wohlergehen der Gäste kümmert.Das Haus ist in einem Top Zustand deswegen kommen wir nächstes Jahr voller Vorfreude wieder!
