Enjoy your holiday on the Costa Blanca in the beautiful residential area of Cumbre del Sol, which is located on the steep coast between Moraira and Javea and will delight you with its impressive panoramic views of the sea. The sea with a beautiful bathing bay is only 5 minutes away by car. The detached holiday home is situated in a quiet side street of the Cumbre del Sol residential area on a private plot of one thousand square metres in a fantastic panoramic location with its own pool. The pool is operated almost chlorine-free by a special filter system and is therefore particularly gentle on the skin. The property has a driveway with access gate where you can park your car protected from the sun.
The property is beautifully landscaped with a variety of Mediterranean plants and a boules court in the garden. The sea view is fantastic and reaches all the way to Cabo de la Nao, on clear days all the way to the island of Ibiza. The 5 x 9 metre private pool with lighting is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy entry and exit. On the adjacent sun terrace, four sun loungers and a parasol invite you to relax. There is also an outdoor shower and an outdoor toilet with washing facilities. Garden tables and chairs as well as benches are available. An electric barbecue invites you to cosy barbecue evenings.
The approx. 50 sqm living area is on the same level as the pool. It comprises a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, internet connection via WLAN, SAT-TV with German channels and stereo system. A sofa bed (extended 1.35 x 1.90 m) and an armchair are available as a seating group. A cold/warm air-conditioning system ensures pleasant room temperatures. The kitchen area is equipped with a large refrigerator with separate freezer, cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of dishes. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is a washing machine and dryer in the storage room. The bedroom is furnished with a bed in a mattress size of 1.60 x 2 metres (2 mattresses) and has a walk-in closet space, where there is also a small safe. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower and WC, and there is also a hairdryer. The upper floor of the house is locked and guaranteed to remain unoccupied during your rental period, so that the entire property is always at your sole disposal and you can spend an undisturbed holiday here. Pets are not allowed in the house. By car, you can reach several bathing bays and shopping facilities in 5 to 15 minutes.
