Casa Anna: Villa: (8 people) 130 m²; EC and mezzanine living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen (oven); Mezzanine (with 5 steps) 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single room with an extra bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath (and washing machine), covered terrace, cozy and very private! Through large patio doors flows the warm light that gives the spacious rooms a friendly atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen is finished in white. Convenient are the white leather sofas in the living room, set around an open fireplace. From this living-dining area you step directly into the garden. The owners have a small family hotel in San Vincenzo, sun loungers and parasols can be used for free. who longs for a day at the beach after his oasis in the hills of the hinterland, Only 5 minutes drive to Casa Franco or Casa Anna. Prices for Casa Anna and Casa Franco are different and are to be requested separately !!! Casa Franco; (6 persons) The spacious and modern apartment (120sqm) is located in a two family house in the upper floor in a clearing surrounded by tall umbrella pines, palm trees and gnarled olive trees. The sea seems close enough to touch. From this small, secluded paradise of you experience the spectacular sunset of the Etruscan Coast. Comfortably furnished and very private! There is a fully stocked kitchen, the comfortable leather sofas in the living room, set around an open fireplace. Two bedrooms with two double beds, one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, bathroom with bath, heating, parking, pets are allowed. Barbecue, tables and chairs to eat outside, panoramic terrace, deck chairs. Satellite TV; Wi-Fi for free.

Location Outside San Vincenzo located (in the town of Campiglia Marittimo), surrounded by ancient olive trees; San Vincenzo 3 km, Castagneto Carducci 14 km, Suvereto 16 km, Massa Marittima 40 km, Pisa 80 km Lucca 110 km from the sea 3 km. Access via a small gravel road, for low-lying cars the approach is not suitable. The house is surrounded by olive trees and forest in the middle of a beautiful Tuscan countryside with wonderful sea views. You will find a wonderful peace and have all the comforts in your area. Wonderful excursions to the skiff Baratti (Etruscan excavations) the Wine Road of the Etruscan Coast with its famous wines such as Sassicaia, Bolgheri, beautiful little villages where well worth the visit. Klas Clear water at sea from here you can see the island of Elbe and Corsica. San Vincenzo has a small port, small shops, boutiques, caffès and very good restaurants.

Simply wonderful! Quiet, ideal for our dog, great scenery, clean and tastefully decorated, very good service (we had a problem with the car and got very fast help)

House Anna
Wonderful house and quiet location, therefore a bit away from the village. Car required. But through the associated hotel you can use the beach with all amenities. Great service and thus a wonderful vacation.

Everything Tuscany has to offer....
we rented Casa Ana & Casa Franco with 16 people. The location is fantastic ! In the middle of olive groves with a panoramic view of the sea. The houses are spacious and well equipped, the owners are almost always available and very helpful. A great "bonus" is that you can use the hotel beach and the car park in San Vincenzo. So you can go to the beach quickly and easily, even after an excursion. Within a few minutes you are on the highway to make excursions in the surroundings. There are no toys or equipment for children, but we didn't miss it. The wifi was there, but a bit "shaky" and not very fast. We were very satisfied.

Unforgettable days in Tuscany
Everything was actually perfect. It would be desirable to have better instructions on how to operate the heating, dishwasher, etc. during the key handover. It would also be helpful to have a folder with a map, restaurant recommendations, and shopping possibilities. Otherwise, it was really very nice and, above all, very quiet and secluded.
