Description
The 'Gute Stube' is the ideal retreat and recreation place for two people, gladly also with dog. The two-room flat has a very spacious living area (38sqm) with an open kitchen (Miele appliances) and a bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, ceramic hob, large SMEG fridge and all the usual small appliances. The high-quality leather seating area invites you to relax, and from the round dining table you look out over the large gardened property with its old trees. The modern design of the living room is a deliberate contrast to some of the antique furniture. The old desk, for example, can certainly tell stories, and the antique hope chest has also seen other uses. From the living room you enter the inviting bedroom, a large floor-to-ceiling wall of wardrobes offers space for everything you would like to store on holiday. A modern and high-quality box spring bed with electric mattress adjustment guarantees optimal sleep. From both rooms, you enter the southwest-facing terrace through floor-to-ceiling glazed doors. This is almost hidden from view by the design with side screens. One or two additional sleeping places are provided by a modern and comfortable pull-out couch. The beds are equipped with high-quality and washable bedding.
The bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, the small sauna room leaves space for the washer-dryer (free of charge).
The deliberately colourful overall concept of the flat almost immediately puts the guest in a positive holiday mood, the rooms are furnished with original oil paintings. The technical equipment also leaves nothing to be desired: Free internet is a matter of course, two modern LED flat-screen TVs (in the bedroom and very large in the living room) round off the offer
The terrace is equipped with high-quality teak furniture. A Weber electric grill guarantees unadulterated grilling pleasure. A very stable, forged mobile fence with entrance storks can be erected in a few steps and prevents our four-legged friends from escaping. It finds space in the garden house, where our guests can safely store their bicycles.

Our 'Gute Stube' is in a very quiet location on the edge of the old fishing village of Born, directly on the Baltic Sea cycle path. The entire network of cycle paths on the peninsula can be easily reached from here. It is only a few steps to the shore of the Bodden, which is a particularly nice place to take your dog for a walk. Two identical holiday homes, each with six flats, stand on the spacious property. The thatched roof contributes to the typical Darßer overall impression and provides for the likeable overall colour.
Born doesn't really need to be described - anyone who has spent a holiday here will always come back. The village is considered the most beautiful on the Darß, and it is certainly also the most unspoilt. Many old fishermen's houses duck along the roadside, and the new houses have also adapted to the architectural style with their thatched roofs and colourful, carved front doors.
In just a few minutes by bike you can reach the Darß primeval forest and the legendary west beach, but the other villages are also within easy reach and have a lot to offer.
The Darß attracts visitors at any time of year - especially in the low season in spring and in autumn and winter, when the beaches are deserted, we particularly love our 'Gute Stube'.

Tolle Wohnung mit ganz viel Charme!
Schön, so etwas zu finden, ganz viel Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen, Relaxen, Ankommen - ein wahrer Traum! Auch bei unserem dritten Aufenthalt hat die gute Stube nichts von ihrem Flair verloren. Wir lieben die Sauna, besonders an kalten Wintertagen. Es wurde an alles gedacht, hochwertige Ausstattung, wir kommen wieder!

Pearl on the Bodden
This was our second time in this holiday flat and we enjoyed it very much again. Nothing about this flat is careless or uncharitably designed, everything from the art on the walls to the crockery in the cupboard is tasteful and of high quality. The furnishings are exceptional and leave nothing to be desired. At night, there is a heavenly peace and quiet that is unheard of even in a small town. The flat is on the ground floor and has a terrace protected from wind and rain.
Bicycles can be safely stored in a spacious shed
The "Gute Stube" is located on the outskirts of town, the Bodden is within easy walking distance. Everything else is accessible by bicycle. And there is much to discover, from the large Darß forest to the sometimes lovely, sometimes rugged Baltic coast to the pretty villages with their harbours and piers.

Small oasis of well-being on the Darß
Very nice flat with a great terrace in a very quiet but central location. We spent 3 wonderful days there in which no wishes remained unfulfilled. The Baltic Sea with extensive beaches, several small towns and great hiking and biking trails within a radius of 20 km invite you to stay! The flat is well furnished and you feel right at home. You can tell that the owners put their heart and soul into the flat. The mattresses are top, very comfortable and the sauna sweetens many a cold hour! The contact with the landlords, the Feld-Nüßler family, was great and we will definitely come back! The price-performance ratio was reasonable. We saw that the Feld-Nüßler family offers other holiday flats and we think they are also worth a visit.

The flat is a dream, the feel-good factor was guaranteed for my husband and me. We especially liked the super location - the flat is very quietly situated on the Baltic Sea cycle path, yet everything was within easy reach for us on foot or by bike. We left the car at home during our holiday and especially enjoyed the cycling tours through the idyllic Darß forest to the west beach
We used the sauna almost daily. My husband is passionate about cooking, which was a great pleasure for him in the very high quality kitchen. We always felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished flat and were always able to sleep well
The next holiday is already booked ;)!

Wie ein 2. Zuhause
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zum Strand muss man zwar mit dem Auto fahren, aber das haben wir gern gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und auch die Terrasse lädt zum Faulenzen ein. Wie kommen bestimmt wieder!!!!!!

Julianadorp aan Zee in North Holland beckons with kilometre-long beaches and raw North Sea air, the mountain village of Morgins in the Valais is known as the hiking and skiing paradise Portes du Soleil, the former fishing village of Gruissan on the Mediterranean is considered one of the most beautiful villages in France with several beaches, lots of French flair and a modern marina, and last but not least, we fell in love with the idyllic village of Born on the Darß on the Baltic Sea.
