This holiday apartment with approx. 88 sqm offers space for 6 - max. 8 people. La Vita is modern and elegantly furnished. The apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms. It is very bright due to the many large windows.
Bedroom No. 1 offers a box spring bed (180 x 200) and a loft bed for 2 persons (90 x 190)
Bedroom No. 2 offers you a box-spring bed (180 x 200), if necessary, 2 more extra beds can be booked.
1 bathroom with a double sink, shower/WC and bathtub
1 storage room
In the very large living room with one and a couch corner, TV and radio/CD you can let your soul dangle. If necessary, 2 more extra beds can be set up. A large kitchenette with dishwasher, oven etc. makes it comfortable. On the large terrace (outdoor seating) you can enjoy the sun all day and barbecue in the evening.

Moderne Ferienwohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt
Gerade wieder zuhause muß ich unbedingt erst einmal diese Ferien- Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Traumhafte riesige Wohnung mit wunderschönem großen Balkon, genauso geeignet für 2 aber auch für 6 Personen. Geschmackvolle, moderne Einrichtung, 2 große Schlafzimmer, moderne große Wohn-Küche mit allem Drum und Dran und ein großes Badezimmer, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch. Nach dem herzlichen Empfang der Inhaberin haben wir eine wunderschöne entspannte Woche in Winterberg verbracht und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank für die unkomplizierte und freundliche "Abnahme" ! Wir sind nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen und können nur jedem, der einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen möchte diese Unterkunft ans Herz legen. Viele Grüße ihre Andreas u. Dunja Deckwitz
