This Holiday Villa Majorca was built in 2005 and is located from the village of Son Servera in the East of Mallorca. The surroundings are full of almond trees and especially beautiful when all those trees are blooming, during the months of January and February. You can reach Son Servera within 2 minutes by car and here you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars.
The plot of this Villa has ² and the House has a living area of 160m² + covered Terrace. It is fully equipped and has 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms and Internet connection (WIFI).
The living-room with dining area is very spacious and bright with fireplace. It is provided with a sofa area, Satellite TV, DVD and CD Player and The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher,microwave, ceramic hob, oven, washing-machine, dryer, etc. There is a fireplace and a dining area for 6 people or more.

The nearby touristic area of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and S´Illot offer a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. During the summer different kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera are situated some of the best golf courses on Mallorca, which you reach from the holiday villa Majorca quickly by car.

Beautiful holiday finca
In this finca you can spend a wonderful holiday in Mallorca.
The finca has 160 m2 of living space, which is more than enough for 6 people.
On the large terrace you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and pool.
Unfortunately, the pool was still too cold in March, but it was cleaned 3 times during our stay. If you want to cook yourself you have to bring spices etc., there was nothing on site.
It was great that we could bring our dog. You definitely need a rental car.
As the evenings in the finca were still quite fresh, the landlord provided us with enough firewood for the fireplace in the living room.

Well relaxed with friends
We spent a week on holiday in the villa. There is nothing to complain about. We arrived with a transfer and for shopping the agency sent us a taxi very quickly. The walk can be a bit long in the evening but it is only 2km to the beach and the first restaurants. We were travelling without kids, so it worked out great.
There is nothing to complain about in the house. Clean and the gardener looked after the pool, rubbish and garden every morning, usually before breakfast, without making any noise.
We hope we can come back again soon. I think a family holiday here is great too. There is enough space.
