Plenty of space, peace and quiet and relaxation.
Spacious holiday home with three bedrooms. There are four single beds, one double bed (180 x 200 cm), one cot 75 x 160 cm. Baby cot and high chair available.
Cloakroom, bathroom with shower and bath and washing machine.
Large, fully equipped kitchen-living room with dining area. The living room has two high quality sofas and for cosiness and extra warmth a wood burning stove.
Children's playground right by the house, indoor playground in the house, a variety of ideal play opportunities.

Maisonette flat highly recommended
We spent a very nice week with the Kamann family
The flat is very clean and cosy
We and also our 1-year-old son and our old dog felt very comfortable
The equipment of the flat is very good, both in the kitchen area and in the living area.
The indoor play area already offers some possibilities even for mobile 1 year olds
The Kamann family is very friendly and helpful and very keen to help guests with questions and problems
The flat is quietly located on the edge of the forest. For hikers and fit families it is also possible to walk down to Arnsberg.
We will gladly come back again.

All in all, we were very satisfied. It was exactly what was discussed with the Kamann family beforehand. Everything was clean and well maintained. We can recommend it with a clear conscience, because we will definitely spend another holiday there!

Above the rooftops of Arnsberg
Great flat with a wonderful view over the roofs of Arnsberg into the vastness of the Arnsberg Forest, very nice landlords and a great location with the Möhnesee, the Sorpesee and the Hennesee in the immediate vicinity. Everything your heart desires for a holiday is available. The beds are made, nothing is missing, and our dog felt right at home!
Everything is as described! We have already booked again for February 2017!

Simply great
We would like to say thank you again for the wonderful time! The apartment is well-equipped and we felt very comfortable. Our little daughter could only sleep in a darkened room, but that was no problem for Mr. Kamann. He helped us to completely darken the windows, so the nights were restful. In the morning, we just had to open the door, and our little one could play in the play area. We also used the small playground a lot (we miss the trampoline so much!).
The house is located directly by the forest, so you can take wonderful walks and enjoy nature and the silence.
Additionally, we had the pleasure of getting to know wonderful people who live nearby.
Conclusion: Great people, cozy and clean accommodation, and beautiful nature. We will come back and stay longer next time!

Have a great vacation in Arnsberg
We spent a wonderful vacation in Arnsberg. The apartment was very nice and especially clean. All everyday appliances were available, so we didn't miss anything. It was especially nice that our children had many opportunities to play there. So even in bad weather, there is no boredom. The location of the apartment is also very nice. One has a wonderful view of Arnsberg and great hiking opportunities.
The landlords are very nice and gave us many tips on what to do. We can really only recommend the apartment.

Recovery stay with dogs.
For us a great apartment right by the forest, shopping possibilities can be reached after a longer walk or quickly by car. An ideal starting point for our 2 dogs to hike. Very friendly and helpful landlords. Absolutely cozy and well-equipped. The highlight during the damp and cold weather was the fireplace. Feeling comfortable for humans and animals was the order of the day here. We will gladly come back.
